Amazing service
Firstly seeing the solo offer on OW Facebook Solis page.
Then the lovely conversation with Carrie and the choice of cabins. Carrie knows the type of cabin and where we like to be on the ship. Just the support at what's been a very difficult time and the encouragement about solo cruising. Knowing that Ken would still want me to cruise. So a very big thank you.

Spoke to Kerry and making the booking was very easy. Kerry listened to what we wanted and answered questions. Great personality and very clear voice.

Exceptional customer service and great deals
We have used Ocean World travel for many years to book our cruises. The staff are so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, it makes booking a cruise easy. We recently had our holiday cancelled due to the Middle East problems and we're looking for a last minute cruise. Carrie was able to source us a great deal and we had a superb holiday. When booking a cruise, this company provide exceptional customer service and great deals.

Why I would always choose Ocean World Travel
The customer advisor, Jordan, was professional, polite and friendly. He navigated me through differing cabins and prices which would suit my means.
As he processed my details with the Fred Olsen team he discovered that my friends were on the same cruise but on another ship within the fleet. He got in touch and explained, for which I'm grateful for, as this mistake would have meant I would only see my friends for a day in port and not throughout the entirety of the cruise. Now that's service.

I've been cruising since the late 1980s and most of the last 25 years have been with Ocean World where Carrie looks after me.
