Great product and delivered super quick

Really happy, quick delivery and great dumbbells. Very nice quality.

Great service, plates delivered next day and bar delivered day after. Also really quick response from seller when I queried why plates had been delivered without a bar.

Refund

We have had the same experience as oisin...we ordered in November promised refund in March and b processed within 14 days..emailed me up until that date and nothing since..I am owed 550 euros which I have not received and are now not communicating with me..he is correct that the company are a disgrace for not refunding for a product they could not deliver.. I'm now editing as they saying it's fake well its certainly not fake and I have the 30/40 emails to prove it so halil stop it give us our money we are owed...

To anyone reading this is not fake and i believe that is clear due to the level of detail i have given in my review, I am simply a customer who got sick of a company messing him around and not giving me my money so all I have been left with is to give my honest review.

Truthfully as well I think they probably aren't a bad company and I'm sure they can provide the equipment across the uk but in the case of my order it appears my order was going to come to me then delays occured due to covid and then brexit made them cancel my order which i'm all fine with as I know brexit charges changed a lot of things in the new year and made it very complicated for businesses that involve shipping. It's purely the lack of refund and the very poor customer service that has led to write this review and is detailed below.

Why would i wait a year to review you ask, because i ordered in november, didnt find out it was cancelled until feburary, already 4 months, then was in contact with the company where up until the final email sent to me on the 16th april it was said that my refund wold be here in 14 working days.

Due to this I allowed an entire month for the refund to come through giving the company the benefit of the doubt once and for all that they would refund me. In response to it being stated that this is fake due to me being in Ireland its because at the time of order in november they did deliver to Ireland but due to a delay and short staff at the dock that their shipment arrived in all orders were substantially delayed. It was then emailed to me that it could not be sent now due to new brexit restrictions that came into play in 2021. Their own emails stated this to me. As well if this was a fake review I would not have as many clear details about my order relating to the specific time period from when the order was placed.

100% not fake and I don't know why the company are claiming it is I have my order number #1084 and all emails threads and receipts stating what I was owed and even received screenshots from the company of my exact order and how my refund was supposed to work emailed your business email and your help email that states a reply within 48-72 hours which i never got a reply from either.
The worst fitness company I have ever bought from and would not recommend for anyone to purchase any equipment for them. This is because of having an order I had placed in November 2020 for over £300 but was only told it had been cancelled once i got in contact with the company 4 months later to enquire about my order. At this point only I was told my order had been cancelled and that I would receive a full refund for the expensive goods i never even received. Following this my refund has not been given at which I have consistently tried to contact them to arrange my refund. But as of the 16th of April when I was told by the company that I would now be getting my refund in the next 14 working days I have received nothing and have sent multiple emails since this detailing what has occurred and that i am simply looking for the refund that i am due. All of my emails have received no response and they cannot be contacted by phone, all 10 months after the order was placed. Some of the worst customer service I have ever received and showed a real lack of interest in the needs of their own clients. I would suggest for no one to purchase from this company as they have taken my money and not given it back to me and now appear to have no aim in ever refunding me my hundreds of pounds. Awful.
I also wish to add for anyone reading this that my desire is never to tarnish a companies reputation but when a product or service has been paid for and not provided and no refund has been given even when stated it would be I believe in letting others know of my experience with a company.

To cut a long story short, I ordered some equipment from octofitness and received some of it on time but other items got held up due to the delivery service not Octofitness.
A person named Halil dealt with my issue brilliantly. Although I was frustrated at not receiving all my items on time. Halil kept me posted on an almost daily basis, and chased up the delivery service tirelessly until I received my items. This may not sound like a big deal , but it was dealt with magnificently.

Really quick delivery, superb on that front. The weight package deal I purchase was good although the bar was kinda of cheap, so got different one, other than that, great service! 👍🏼👍🏼

I recently bought 3 pairs of dumbbells from Octofitness and I’m really happy with them. Super easy purchase process, good value and really flexible. Price wise, they were cheaper than a lot I’ve seen recently and all in stock! I’ll definitely be back when I’m ready to up the weight.
