Recent query e mailed to them was dealt with in a matter of hours and paperwork sorted immediately. Followed up by an enquiry from one of their representatives to ensure that I was happy and satisfied with the results. Well done Octopus been with you several years now and no plans to move in the future.

Having forgotten my password, I was having problems with resetting it. The advisor quickly sorted the problem and enabled me to get access to my account.

I had a small issue that was puzzling me and Zee was happy to sort it out giving me peace of mind for the future.

Online was poor and would not do what was asked. Rang up and spoke to Pete advisor and talked me through everything and went above and beyond to deal with my query after I explained I was not very good technically
