Moving from overseas meant some parts of the process weren't completely obvious. the phone support I received from Elliot was excellent and made the rest of the process completely seamless.

My fixed term contract is shortly coming to an end and I wasn’t sure which new one would be best for me. The agent I spoke to explained the options and I agreed with what she said (didn’t catch her name). She also amended the monthly payments to suit my usage.

I rang to query a price increase on my direct debit. While managing your account online is quick and convenient, sometimes it’s much better to speak to a real person.

I had a bit of trouble accessing the link on octopus, to book an upgrade to my meter. I got in touch with Ben from Octopus, he was really very helpful, booked the appointment for me with an engineer to come. The engineer phoned half hour before. The engineer was very helpful and a very nice man. Job done!

Although the call was placed in a queue, an agent responded quickly. I was pleasantly surprised that I was not held in the queue for hours.
My query over DD amount change was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Khameelah.
The change has been stopped, I have not yet had an E-mail confirming this yet.

Cain was so helpful,answered my questions and helped me transferring to Octopus from British Gas.He made the whole process easier than I was expecting,explained everything and set up everything for me.He told me of help that was available,answered any queries and was polite and pleasant.Good customer service.
