Great service so far from octopus legacy. Our telephone appointment was promptly confirmed by email with advisor name, time and length of appointment and what documents and details would needed. A reminder followed the day before. before. Stuart was excellent - patient and clear in the will writing guidance and estate planning advice.

I had given some initial information which Dan had seen so we were able to get straight on with discussing our wills. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and clear. He gave us relevant information, mentioned other things we might like to consider and gave us time to ask questions.

Our consultant (Geri) was knowledgeable and very approachable; no pressure to sell us anything but was extremely helpful with great ‘people skills’. All of our questions were answered, and we have a follow up appointment booked later in the year. Thank you - would definitely recommend.
