So efficient and smooth.

Painfully slow. After our conversation with Lewis and the follow-up email (we had to chase for this) he said the Will would be released. Weeks later, and chasing regularly with no response, we are still waiting for the Will. Today promised it will be sent. Not sent because they needed extra id. The issue I have is that my mother paid for a service, I would have expected proactive emails letting us know what was required.

Tim explained everything comprehensively, helpfully answered all my questions and generally went above and beyond to clarify the process and - dare I say it – made it an interesting and enjoyable experience.

The Octopus Legacy representative who came to us and helped us with our decisions for the future, plus our LPA's was extremely knowledgeable and helped us understand what we could and shouldn't do. The young lady was very easy to understand and made a difficult job so much better for us. We would strongly recommend this company for anyone who has difficulty understanding drawing up an up to date Will, an LPA etc, as it is a relief this is all now done! Experienced and knowledgeable representative

Representative really helpful and explained in an in-person appointment everything we needed to understand. This helped us get Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney - things we've been putting off doing for too long - underway.

Kylee was friendly, efficient and helpfully informative in making our applications for Lasting Powers of Attorney. She was also helpful on questions regarding our Wills.
