i have been buying my stationary from…
i have been buying my stationary from your old kent road branch for over ten years but my second to last trip i bought about £500.00 worth of stationary only to be told at a later date that the company has gone to receivers and i can not return some of the items .

As a result of this we are unable to do exchanges and or refunds on any products purchased on or before that date as we are under strict instruction from the administrators. I do apologise that you have been caught up in this process and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
You can try to obtain a refund via charge back from your bank if you paid by card , alternatively i would suggest you take further legal advice .
