I ordered a refurbished office chair from Crown Workspace / Officeresale after shopping around. They had the best price for the specific model I was looking for, and it was in stock. The chair arrived within the delivery period specified, and looked barely used- almost as new. Unfortunately it was also damaged during shipping, with a snapped plastic handle. This wasn't worth sending it back for, but I contacted Crown Workspace on the offchance that since they renovate these chairs they might have a spare part from another chair. Only four days later I had a delivery notification- they had shipped out the replacement part on 48hr delivery. It was a hugely pleasant surprise- my chair is now good as new and for far less than elsewhere. I wouldn't hesitate to use Officeresale again.

Purchased a single office chair - chair is great and cheaper and better than equivalents you might get from some big shed outlets. Smooth delivery directly from the company.

Brilliant company. Prompt service and delivery. I purchased 3 refurbished operator chairs and the quality of the refurb is great. Some small wear marks to things like the arms, but is well acceptable, especially for the price. There was one small issue and they were very fast to sort - all good. Very impressed with the service. I would most definitely use this company again!

What a fantastic chair! It looks and feels brand new

I had a terrible experience with Crown Workspace when I tried to sell my office chairs through their service. They were supposed to pick up the chairs from my office on two separate occasions, but they never showed up. I was left waiting around for hours on end, and they didn't even bother to contact me or offer an apology for their no-shows.

To make matters worse, when I finally got in touch with Crown Workspace to find out what was going on, they were incredibly unresponsive and unhelpful. They didn't seem to care at all about the inconvenience they had caused me or the fact that they had wasted so much of my time.

Overall, I would strongly advise against using Crown Workspace for any kind of office resale needs. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers' time is simply unacceptable.
