I ordered 2 hoverboards mid November…

I ordered 2 hoverboards mid November and still have not received them. I cannot get through to the helpline and the AI assistant does not connect. Have had to contact my back to query the possibility of a scam as this does not seem right.
I would never recommend this website to anyone. A lot of time and money wasted.

Great company and lovely staff there, they are helpful and professional and polite! Would recommend the company to everyone! Every year I buy a new thing from them and it’s always come speedy and correct

Would recommend

Very quick delivery. The hoverboard and seat arrived separately and when we opened it the seat was cracked. An email later and a replacement was on the way. Fantastic customer service, would definitely recommend

Great customer service

We had an issue with a broken power lead and the team were super helpful. They responded to all queries really quickly and managed to get a replacement sent out FOC on the same day.

What's more the hoverboard itself is ACE!

Excellent Service

I purchased the Hoverboard last Christmas and unfortunately I had an issue with it in July. I contacted the company and they were extremely helpful, I sent it back to them and within 10 days, they had fixed and returned the Hoverboard to my sons delight. I would not fault this company and Alex was brilliant, professional, informative and helpful.
Excellent service!!

Great customer service received

Great customer service received, I really cannot fault it. I raised a slight issue with one foam handle splitting on the kart on a Sunday afternoon and had a full response the next business day resolving the problem.
Also the delivery from ordering was quick and the Hoverboard and Kart is fantastic fun for my daughter.

Amazing after care service

2 and a half years after purchase i had to send my sons hoverboard back due to a slight fault and they fixed it without any charge and returned it 3 days later, cant recommend these guys enough.

brought a hooverboard for our sons christmas present, broke within 1st few weeks, sent back at a cost to us for them to look at, they came back that it had water damage which we would have to pay for repairs as not covered under warenty, so we did, they sent the hooverboard back in appauling condition and paint pealing off all over the board, after a few emails again of trying to get out of it they finally agreed to replace the mud guard, sent it back and come back and is still no better, it looks a state and paint still peeling of which they are now saying is just how it comes!!! Avoid at all cost, we are now taking this further as have spent £500+

Amazingly Great product

Great product, my son loves it! We got our hoverboard 3rd of June 2021 and guess what, it’s still running great! So much joy and happiness for such a small amount! Worth it!

AVOID!!

AVOID!!! Bought a hoverkart for my son for Christmas, used for less than 3 weeks and became faulty. I emailed them, the hoverboard was sent back and they had to change the side wheel, motor and motherboard! After 3 weeks!! They sent the hoverboard back without the charger, they tried to say I hadn’t sent the charger but later agreed to send a new one. Sent a new charger, the hoverboard wouldn’t charge. Emailed them and they sent me another charger, the hoverboard still won’t charge. Have emailed several times since but now getting no response! I have reported to trading standards. Would avoid at all costs.

Ordered 3 hoverboards and one kart for…

Ordered 3 hoverboards and one kart for my children for Xmas on the 13th December - with advertised next day delivery (14th December)
I received one hoverboard on the 15th December, eventually after lots of to and frow with DPD we collected the 2nd on the 22nd December, but the third kart was missing. Despite searching the warehouse for us on Xmas eve the 3rd board could not be found.
During all of this, 'Official Hoverboard 'have been of ZERO help and not in the slight bit interested that despite their 'order for next day delivery' promotion on their page, we still did not receive the boards for Xmas and 3 children were without Xmas presents.

We were unable to gift 2 children a board without the 3rd so have requested they collect the one that arrived, the one I had to drive 25 miles to collect and the ones that's lost (and confirmed lost by the DPD depot). This has been met by radio silence and have had zero contact.

It looks like I will now have to make a claim through my credit card in order to get the money back from them.

Got 2 boards and karts for Christmas

Got 2 boards and karts for Christmas. One is fine the other makes a horrible grinding noise, sent it back asking for a replacement and they just sent the same one back to me, now it’s a few days before Christmas and I am stuck with a faulty board. Would not buy from them.
