Despite the fact that the delivery people damaged the goods, they did not inform Ogbongeh. I called Ogbongeh, their response melted my anger, what a great customer care and response with respect. He sent the items again and was delivered with care, excellent packaging with a speedy delivery 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👏🏼👏🏼.

Order was delivered perfectlyon the 14 Dec 2022, But the Nestle Nido cream milk was 400g instead of 900g. I sent an email to Ogbonge with a picture evidence, till now there has been to reply whatsoever. This is not nice, this must be fixed please.

The website was very easy to use; I was able to do my shopping very quickly. The package arrived early afternoon the next day, everything well packaged. I was happy to find a welcome can of schweppes bitter lemon and the lovely note. I hope the delivery costs will become cheaper in the future but apart from that I will definitely be shopping n Ogbongeh.com again.

They called me to update me about my order which was out of stock, they were so professional about it. Price was better than local African shops, delivery was fast by DPD which seems their standard courier, packaging was good. The food itself was fresh and top quality: I could not have picked better myself in person. They added a lot of free items, such as I ordered 6 plantain but received 8 for the same price. I enjoyed my Agege bread - it was as if it was straight from the oven, really fresh. I just about to place my second order (November 2022).
