I have had a few wax melts from here over the last year and my latest order last week of the newer scents was good especially the sol bom dia scent. they arrived on time and were well packaged, royal mail were a little slow once they got them but this isn't the companies fault. would use again and recommend

First time I’ve ordered from them, No show order, no updates given at all either, contacted the business 3 times now with no reply. Do not recommend

These wax melts are the best I have ever bought. I have been a subscriber of the monthly VIP box for just over 2 years now and I have never been disappointed. I recently bought some pink sands and bum bum cream wax melt bars and they are just amazing too. Long lasting strong smells that really do last and are reasonably priced compared to other sellers and retailers. Value for money and great customer service always. Delivery can take a while but other than that I never have had a problem. Highly recommend !!

Pricing is great can’t fault it at all. The wax melts smell amazing and last for days if not a week tops. Easy ordering and delivery is great too. Get discount codes sent via email frequently which is great as order enough to last me a month at a time

Having searched years for wax melts with a strong scent I have found some brillaitn ones here - especially rose wonderland spring awakening and dove. You can smell these the next day in the same room and the wax is very easy to come out of the burner and doesn’t stick into the burner. Impressed and quick delivery will defo reorder!

Disgusting been waiting nearly 2 weeks for my first order have emailed and no response.

Didn't send all the items and have tried different avenues to contact them including their form, email address and Instagram. I have not received a reply even acknowledging that they will respond.
Wax melts are good value which is probably why they have no customer service team. I would only order if you are not fussed about any support should it go wrong.

No customer service. Had an issue with my order and emailed directly after the order was placed and order emails since (through their "contact us" section on the website. Have had zero replies and as a result did not receive order.

Very good quality melts. Pleased with the packaging it did state 6 days delivery but arrived after only 2. Strong smell throughout the house would recommend

Not happy at all, I am still waiting on January’s subscription box and this months subscription box I’ve paid for!! I will be contacting my bank to get my money back!! They ignore your emails I have sent 20 odd emails since January and no response very ignorant!!
I have cancelled my subscription box now as I’m not getting robbed no more!!
2 boxes this company has not sent me but kept my money? VERY STRANGE!!
Never again will I buy from oh my melt.
