They get worse second one used and…

They get worse second one used and barely any smell at all....wont be buying from this company again. Clearly im used to strong Scentsationals wax melts that actually do release a good strong and long lasting fragrance. These are pathetic in comparison.

Ignore all emails

Ignore all emails. Spent £30 and haven’t received nothing and nothing has been dispatched yet. I will be contacting my bank to get refund!! Very unhappy with this!

I’ve emailed multiple times no response to missing items from my order I’ve ordered many times before with zero issues I don’t know what’s changed with their management

Product never arrived - slow communication

Product never arrived. Sent two emails and WhatsApp. Ordered 8/11/24. Almost £24 on a candle and no communication.
*Edit* a helpful member of the team did reply after another email and WhatsApp was sent. I appreciate the refund and site credit - hopefully once the busy period is over I'll be back to finally get the candle I ordered!

Quick delivery and great smelling…

Quick delivery and great smelling melts. Ordered over the Black Friday weekend and was expecting a long delayed but order was dispatched after 2 days and arrived day later so this was much faster than expected

Needed to change order didn’t know if could do it but I used the WhatsApp button on the site and managed to get it changed quickly and easily and staff members was pleasant enough easily will recommend and use again merry Xmas!

Poor service …

I have a monthly subscription and I have had troubles with the delivery since I took it out. Again this month I have not received my order. Tried Emailing the company no response tried WhatsApp again no response.
Update 5th December: I have now had notification that my parcel is with Royal Mail on light of this I have reactivated my subscription so will see how things. The wax melts themselves are lovely.

Customer service is poor

Been a subscriber for nearly a year now and had no issues but this is really putting me off staying with them

Customer service is awful, if you have an issue good luck getting it sorted because they do not answer their emails or whatsapp and their phone lines don’t work

Subscription parcel was incorrectly addressed and sent back to them, not heard a word and tried emailing and WhatsApping them numerous times with no response for 2 weeks, still no sign of my parcel or my money

Update 27th - ended up cancelling my subscription due to lack of responses. I messaged them on whatsapp saying I have now cancelled my subscription where is my parcel and they answered that message instantly on a weekend sent out a replacement which arrived today. Got no freebies like other people have and a bit perplexed why that random whatsapp message got an instant reply while my plethora of prior emails and messages have yet to get responses but hey

Long lasting scents good service

Long lasting scents. Good range. Pleased with all of my purchases especially spring awakening. Rose wonderland also very strong.

I had some questions which I asked customer service and they are very helpful, also very pleased with the free wax melt that i got in the package.

Overall 5 out of 5 for the range of scents and service… excited to see if there are some more seasonal scents coming out but happy with my purchase.

Beyond pleased

Beyond pleased! I’m an avid user of many brands such as yankee etc and these are some of the best I’ve used. Last a good amount of time and also very strong scented.
Would use again in the future and delivery was free as I spent over £35, highly recommend.

Long lasting smells

Been using oh my melt for a few months, fantastic selection off wax melts long lasting smells . Have 9 burners in my home different smell in each room is beautiful. Highly recommend from a wax melt fanatic!.

Waste of money

Wasted £15 - received a wrong item, AND they smell literally of burning wax and nothing more . Judging by the reviews they won’t respond to emails so be aware and don’t waste your money

Gorgeous wax melts

Absolutely fantastic company with beautifully scented wax melts, they are strong and last ages! the monthly packs are great value, and there are seasonal scents too.

Partly missing order and no reply…

Ordered lots of wax melts. A mystery bundle was missing. I have emailed twice, sent a message on Instagram about this missing order and no reply (this was over 2 weeks ago now)
Apart from that the melts that I do have are ok

Thanks for your review! We are currently experiencing black friday level demand for our wax melts so it is taking us a long while to respond to messages! Unfortunately instagram messages don't come directly to us but instead go in a general inbox alongside any customers that tag us etc so this is why this has been missed!
I've asked one of the team to get a replacement out asap and get you some freebies added in as an apology!

Wax does not smell

Wax does not smell.

The ordering, delivery, packaging etc all grand but when i burn the wax there's no smell. I bought 12 packs and tried 3 of them so far, all extremely mild to almost no scent. One of them is giving me a slght headache, yknow when the scent runs out and its just that plasticy wax smell?

I reached out to them using their WhatsApp service, explaining the above and asking if I'm doing something wrong or if there's a reason for it. I then get an email with a returns label I need to print out. No reply in WhatsApp and no context around why I got the return label. I didn't ask for a refund and I don't have a printer so I couldn't even return them if I wanted to.

Maybe I got a bad batch, who knows, but their customer service is a bit pants.
