My melts got lost in the post and they cudnt of quicker dealt with it n dispatched me my order again n some freebies! I have tried at least 4 companies n im a regular visitor to this company! There melts r the best on the market highly recommend

Only month subscription i have stuck to

I love this monthly subscription it’s such good value for money and the monthly wax’s melts I get sent smell amazing and the scents lasts around my house.
also the customer service I have received is fantastic when I had a question to ask or needed help with an order.
Honestly I would highly recommend this company

A good scent selection and lasts a…

A good scent selection and lasts a while. Generally very impressed with the scent selection and lasts as long as other premium melts on the market, as much as we all wish they would last forever clearly there is a limit to it but the scents are strong and last as long if not longer than some more pricey ones I’ve had in the past.

I’m an avid wax melt user and I’ve been…

I’m an avid wax melt user and I’ve been seriously impressed.

I signed up initially via the subscription box due to the price of the monthly box and haven’t been disappointed! Sometimes the delivery was a bit slower than I’d have liked but understand there are many customers to deal with.

I like how the wax does not stick in the burner, is easy to remove and lasts a good amount of time. Scents are overall strong and can smell around the house.

I’ve paused the monthly box before when I’ve had too many melts to catch up on and they were good at accommodating my request allowing me to resubscribe at the same price which was overall quick and easy (just whatsapped them and was done the same day)

Overall pleased, only constructive feedback is slightly quicker to get the monthly box would be good but definitely great value for money and would highly recommend for those wax melt addicts!

Scam subscription service

Scam subscription service - after being sent rancid wax melts - clearly their worse sellers- in the monthly pack, I have attempted to cancel 7 times to no avail.

Their phone number is disconnected and they refuse to answer my emails. This review might get their attention, but I won't hold my breath.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

They've just now finally cancelled my subscription.

It speaks a lot to what you represent as a business to attack me rather than addressing the issue at hand. Yes, I use this account to attempt to get a response from businesses when I have exhausted other options. You've ignored all private messages, your phone line is disconnected, you're dishonest in saying it is 'easy to cancel'.

I first tried to cancel right after the first box via your website and yes, have been charged every month since so that's £32.97 I have been forced to spend without wanting to.

I'm hopeful other customers will think twice about subscribing, particularly given your - frankly immature and embarrassing - response to me and how you treat customers.

*Update 2* They've removed the nasty reply and replaced it with a more measured response after I posted my update. You can get the gist of what they said to me from my above reply.

*Update 3* They've edited their response again. Here's a paraphrased excerpt in case they delete it (yes, the first part makes no sense)

Yes, it's coming across as rather unhinged. I do not understand why me asking for this cancellation has you so triggered. And why you're saying I am dishonest is baffling.

The facts remain; I've spent a lot of money in your store - I was unable to cancel. I went public to achieve my goal. was not asking for a refund or anything unreasonable.

I suggest you grab a coffee, cool down and perhaps think twice again about future responses to customers.

We did indeed request more information from trustpilot, this is standard practice because your review will show as organic next to it meaning businesses can root out fraudulent reviews (positive or negative) as your review had not came from a verified purchase. Trustpilot does not give order details when the order is not verified.

We did highlight that other users can see that you just use trustpilot to give negative reviews for other companies, which is factually accurate, which you have taken issue to.

As a small business we are in no way apologetic for countering nasty or inaccurate reviews. There are thousands of small businesses that work hard day in day out that unfortunately have to contend with individuals who are dishonest online, and we are not in any way bothered who reads your review because your experience is not in line with other reviewers, alongside the other negative reviews you have left, indicating that the issue lies with yourself and not with us!

My new go to for melts

My new go to for melts! I have recently suscribe to the monthly box and the range of scents has been really exceptional. Some months it takes a little longer than I’d like to get my box but I am inpatient but they are worth the wait as the quality for the price is exceptional

Keep getting charged for a subscription…

Keep getting charged for a subscription box even after emailing asking for it to be cancelled or the address changed

3 months they have changed me and sent to the wrong address
I wouldn't mind if they actually changed the address or cancelled my subscription

Customer service is none existent and I've never had a reply to emails

My delivery got lost

My delivery got lost, RM’s fault, was sorted within minutes with massive apologies and freebie’s and was sent out on a next day delivery!!!
The way customer service SHOULD be done!!

Repeatedly charged after cancelling…

Repeatedly charged after cancelling subscription. Takes well over a month for them to reply to their emails, if they ever do, which leads to even more payments being taken. Absolute scam. Avoid avoid avoid. I'm still owed for two months of subscriptions.

We can see this is showing as cancelled on 13th April and the last order was placed in March 2024 which was two months ago from today's review (so you were last charged in Febrary which was 3 months ago) so we cannot see you have been charged for any since you requested cancellation - please email customercare@ohmymelt.co.uk with proof of payments taken and we will resolve, but we can see we replied to your cancellation request so unless you have created multiple subscription accounts it is not possible for continued payments to be taken.

We have also noted all boxes charged have been delivered so it is misleading to suggest you have been scammed, we manage thousands of subscription boxes and have not had any subscription issues with other customers like you described.

We can see we also refunded the last box you had delivered in March (this was refunded when we replied to you) and we can see there has been no attempt to return anything on your behalf, so we are unsure as to why you cannot see any replies from us because we have replied when we cancelled your subscription, refunded it and gave you the last box free

Great service from order to delivery and what is making me return are the following
1 as a melt lover nothing satisfies me more when the melt can be easily removed for changing this is a winner winner for me 🎉🎉🎉
2 excellent service
3 strong strong smelling scents
4 get at least 16 hours from 2 small squares that allows my full house to smell nice all the time
5 great value for money
Will defo be reordering from here 10/10
