Thanks for your review. We always appreciate your feedback, positive or negative. We do have 20,000+ satisfied and returning customers and have been featured in the Daily Mail for the quality of our wax melts so this is feedback we don't often get.
It may be your burner setup may be the issue of your problem. We recommend using at least two squares at a time in a tealight burner (electric burners give off less scent as they are not as hot).

This is the second time I have ordered from company and now will be a regular customer . The smells are amazing with a really good selection and quick delivey both times .
I love the way the collection packs they sell come in the most gorgeous little velvety drawstring bag

Oh my god ! Love ohmymelt
I have looked for a decent company to do my wax melts for ages since the last place i liked stopped trading , and now finally with oh my melt I've found one that has amazing strong smelling wax melts . I'll definitely be ordering again . The delivery did take a while but I did place a large order .

We can see you contacted us by whatsapp on Friday afternoon and got an automated message back saying that we will respond as soon as we can and that we are closed at the weekend. It's Monday today and we are catching up on any emails or messages so apologies we haven't responded sooner but our customer care is closed over the weekend as it is with a lot of small businesses and we need to respond to emails/messages in order for fairness.
We can see you had a dispatch email sent 3 days ago so this should have got to you in time, but we can see Royal Mail haven't delivered this as this was sent on Saturday morning and should have been with you today. Unfortunately some delays are outside our control but we get how frustrating it can be!
We've sent another one out today via tracked24 which will be with you tomorrow; the original should also arrive so please feel free to keep it!

Really good value for money
Really good value for money. I am always a little dubious with wax melts because some are terrible and have little scent. I’m really really pleased with these and they are great value for money with the offers and I had a welcome discount.
The throw off them fills my room up and can often smell the strong one (black cherry) all through the house!
Will defo be placing another order as soon as I get paid, my new fave company (addiction!!!)

No return policy...... Quality has changed
After having a few amazing orders i put in a Boxing Day Sale order. Received it and was so disappointed. The normal scent i buy has completely changed. This is the Baccarat Rouge Wax Melt. The scent is not the same. Weak and not the same notes. Wax completely different colour and packaging slightly different. Now this wouldn't be an issue BUT the scent is not there at all. I'd ordered around 7 or 8 previous bars before xmas and fell in love. The best I've tried. This batch is absolutely awful. I know this because i have some of the old ones left to compare. I've emailed the company and contacted via social media. No response whatsoever. So poor. If i don't hear from them I'll go through my bank. Like I've said I've not had an issue with previous orders until this one. Theres no return policy or even any communication from this company so beware if you're ordering and theres a problem.

Brilliant customer service and dealt with my product issue quickly and easily , very quick delivery and so appreciated the lovely wax bars I was sent with my replacement, every product I have purchased I have been totally pleased with , the smells are strong and last ages , great company and highly recommend.

Delivery took almost 2 weeks
Delivery took almost 2 weeks. Took them a week to dispatch 2 wax melts! Wax melts were cheaply packaged in plastic. I ordered two different scents. Smelt nice in the packaging. Melted within 10 minutes and scent wasn’t strong at all. I don’t know how they can claim to be the UK best wax melt company. Asda wax melts are the best! Avoid oh my melt.

We can see you ordered your wax melts on 05th October 2023 and on 10th October 2023 they were delivered by Royal Mail to a safeplace you chose which means they arrived 4 days after ordering.
We can see you have been a customer since 5th October 2023 so two weeks hasn't passed since you became a customer so we are confused as to how they can take two weeks to arrive when you haven't been a customer this long?
