I have the monthly subscription, which is very good value. I enjoy the surprise of what's in the box and they always smell lovely. I had an order that got lost in the post, so I emailed them and I received a beautiful burner and loads of wax melts within 2 days.

Really unhappy. Put an order through on the 30th March - still haven’t received. Tried emailing customer services twice. I’ve tried Facebook. I’ve tried calling. I’ve tried web chat function no one is getting back to me!! I want a refund in full ASAP.

I absolutely love this company
I absolutely love this company, I don’t buy my melts from anywhere else since using them last year. The melts last and the smell is amazing. There’s certain ones that literally keep the smell in the house all day. Id definitely recommend using oh my melt. They arrive packaged carefully and on time every time.
