The top was too big and the bottoms were too small. The bottoms broke the second time I wore them. And the pads in the top were very uncomfortable.

Literally one of the worst companies that I have ever experienced. Items took months to be delivered, and items delivered were incorrect. I either received items that were the wrong size or a completely different item in general. I received duplicates of some items, but did not receive all of my purchased items. When emailing the company about this problem, I never received any help or feedback. Terrible customer service. I will never use this company again.

Emailed customer support 6 times within 6 weeks with no response ever. Also DM'd them question on twitter four times because their bio says DM's are open and also never got any response. Worst customer service I've ever seen (or in this case, not seen)!!!

When I received the personalized email saying thanks for purchasing from the website, I thought it was a great company already. I will never order from them again. It took forever to get to me and when I tried to reach customer service they took forever to respond IF they even decided to. Yes, I sent multiple emails because THATS how long it took for them to respond. I don't complain or rate much but people should know that this site was Awful. When I FINALLY received the product, it was trash and I didn't like it but sending it back just seemed like an even bigger headache. Seriously, spend your money elsewhere. 😊

First... you sent the wrong item. Then, I filled out the form your website to exchange, but never even got an email confirmation, nothing. So, nothing happened and I sent an email after that and still nothing! There is no phone number on the website. I'm stuck! Terrible company!

Will never order from this company against took a month and a half to get here when it was gaurenteed to be here within 15 days.

The clothes I bought were extremely small regardless of the fact I bought medium in both. It took a long time to deliver and therefore I found it pointless trying to return them even though they were expensive. The quality however seemed really nice. I could not contact the team since the contact details were wrong/incomplete on the website.

Never received my order, contacted customer service 6 times to no response

Took a long time to arrive. Tracking was not realistic. The sizing was so far off I had to find a child to give it to.

Wrong item received. Took 3 weeks to respond to my email

I ordered 5 swim suits. Received two. They did not have my apartment number on shipping so it got sent back. They were supposed to correct snd resend and i hsve never received tge three suits or my money back

I emailed you TWICE to make sure I had my bathing suit by July 31st because my vacation started August 1st, and it just got to my house yesterday. WHILE BEING IN ANOTHER COUNTRY. I am not happy. It shouldn't have taken that long especially when I paid extra for fast shipping. You're in USA, it shouldn't have taken as long as it did. Focus on sending your items out for shipping faster instead of taking your good old time. Thanks.

They suck on customer service. Took 2 months to get one of the products ordered and they kept lying about it.

Clothing took forever to come in. Clothing was very small. Clothing smelt of chemicals. One pair of shorts didn't even have the small slits cut for the buttons to go in. Do not recommend ordering clothes from here.

My order took a month+ to get here, I was notified it was "shipped" for about that whole time, and when I tried to contact customer service nobody would answer me. I would rather be told it'll take months to get here than told about 5-7 business days and have to sit and wonder what happened. I will not ever consider ordering from here again nor will I let anyone I know try to.

Since May 19th I have yet to receive my bathing suite. I have emailed numerous times and they say it's on the way. At this rate it will be WINTER.
