The time was very bad
It's been 2 months and I'm not reserve my order

I tried returning a pair of shorts. After sending them I never received an email that they were received and I never got my refund. After contacting ohrange with my order number to track it they never responded. I was left without the shorts and down $20.

Great quality for cheap

It took almost 2 months to get the item in the mail and once I got it, the necklace looked nothing like one in the pictures. It's cheap and looks like I got it from a quarter machine or something

I ordered a white dress and it was beautiful and perfect for my graduation. The only thing is that it took a little over a month to arrive. I received it the day before my graduation.

Poor quality goods, confusing sizing, and a long wait for items to arrive
I ordered a bralette and the size was different than what the site said, the fabric and material was very poor quality. The item went straight to the trashcan. Would not shop here again.

I was really excited about this company. However, they took over two weeks to respond to a simple email. I never received my package because I switched address' during shipping because it took over a month to even ship my one little item. So I never got my product still to this day.

The products are fair quality but sizing is not great. Customer service is awful. I responded to an email to give feedback and it was never returned. I submit a request to return an item after I re-purchased on my own to get the right size and my request was never responded to. I love what I bought but I don't think it was worth the hassle so I won't be purchasing from this company again.

absolutely horrible experience. way too much to type. let's just say i ordered my stuff in march/april (can't remember) and i am still dealing with it.

It took 2 months to get one of the suits my daughter. She sent multiple email requests trying to return the first suit she got and never got a response from anyone. I will never order anything again from your business!!!

I ordered a white bathing suit and I received a black bathing suit. Its just an innocence to have to ship it back and wait even longer for the right bathing suit. Especially since summer is coming to an end. Also, I won one day free shipping and received my package almost two weeks later.

the swimming suit was made really cheap. it was terrible.

The material is horrible and the customer service was horrible. I emailed multiple times about my purchases and received no responses.

I never received my package when it said it was delivered then when I reached out to you guys several times I never got a response. Very irritated with this company. I was really looking forward to receiving my cute swim suit that I paid for.

Can't trust the size charts, none of it is American made, packaging was horrible. I'll never order from OHrange again
