The John Loudon fabric I ordered arrived quickly and is exactly as I had imagined from the website. I have made a scarf which I am very pleased with. I have also ordered more fabric to make a 'mother of the groom' summer outfit, but couldn't decide which design to go for, so have ordered two different ones. Am looking forward to receiving them in the next few days - then I'll make the decision😊

I purchased some buttons for a baby cardigan for my daughter. Unfortunately upon arrival, one of the buttons was slightly damaged. I emailed with picture of button and received a very prompt reply and a replacement. Very happy with overall experience

Absolutely terrible, I am waiting on an order I made 2 weeks ago, then suddenly I received a £5 refund with no explanation at all, no email from them why I received this or where my order is, I have emailed them twice and still had no response, they have left me no choice now but to retrieve my payment, I will never buy from this company again, shocking terrible customer service.

They always have a great collection of fabrics. Any problems, they notify you straight away. Value for money and a quick turnaround from order to postage.

Was looking for quilting cottons and I'm not disappointed. Lovely selection of fabrics. Carefully packed and delivered within a few days of ordering, bear in mind this included the weekend.
One of the fabrics was out of stock was notified and after choosing a refund this was processed immediately. Beautiful fabrics and price for half metre very reasonable as well.
I narrowed down my choice as far as possible. The dilemma I now have is which fabrics from the bundle do I use!!!!!

I like the range of fabrics, especially the option of buying some lovely print fabrics in polyester cotton, for sewing projects. The quality is excellent and I highly recommend.

I have been into the shop many times and the selection of fabric, yarn and haberdashery is fantastic. The staff are exceptional, they will help you with anything and have always been successful. Whenever I go it's always busy but the staff are always keen to serve you. There is no where else that gives you the all round experience that Oh Sew Crafty does, it always my first port of call. Now that they do collections when you order online it's even better, and lighter on my purse because I always end up buying something else that I did plan on purchasing! I give it 10/10

The product was fine. Packaging was crap, this was wooden knitting needles and quite expensive ones but they were sent only in their thin box, no bubble wrap, no protection, no instructions to not bend. They have decided not to publish my review on their site, so will AVOID in future, they're not trustworthy

Always great to customer service. The fabric is always good quality too and a great price.

The yellow fleece blanket appears to have been cut by hand with regular scissors. The shape is uneven, the edges are not straight, and the fabric is badly frayed and poorly finished. This is very poor quality and not what I expected. I would not recommend this company.

Five stars are not enough!

I was given a Gift Card, but unfortunately due to sad and difficult family circumstances, I put it aside. When life settled a little, I fetched it out and found it had expired one week earlier.

Neil from Oh Sew Crafty VERY generously agreed to extend the date by a couple of weeks. His emails were so thoughtful, kind and friendly. I now have a bag of wonderful squishy yarn waiting to be knitted.

Thank you Neil and the rest of the team, your store is amazing, packed full of great fabrics and yarns. I will be back!

Awful customer service.

I ordered online and was sent the wrong item. I emailed, called 12 times over the course of 3 hours without answer, and tried their WhatsApp all without reply. I then realised I could go to their store (1hr 30min round trip) to sort it out myself. When I got there, my issue was sorted immediately, but it’s so frustrating that their error became my issue and costed me my time to fix.

Then I finally got a reply from their WhatsApp to be told that the number I contacted wasn’t a customer service number, even though it’s the number listed on their website!!!

I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.
