Placed an online order. Paid. Received an email telling me the item "sold out in the shop during processing your order" .... what are the chances? Very inconvenient as I could have purchased the item from another reliable supplier.

I always use this site, the fabric quality is always amazing. I’ve had a couple of hiccups along the way, but they have always been sorted out straight away with no dramas at all.. they advertise the fabric perfectly on line. Their prices are incredible compared to other sites. My shopping experiences have always been very exciting from choosing my fabrics and even more exciting having them delivered! They are always so beautifully packed and I love them..

Awful, fabric 2nd's, soooo many flaws every metre, ignored my email to complain, tried several times to get in touch, eventually had a reply, saying to much time had lapsed for them to help... more than £100 wasted on C**P fabric

Placed first order, it got shipped the next day and then i received it the day after, i had absolutely no issues and was very weary about ordering when reading the reviews but mine went through just fine with no issues so i’ll be reordering soon :) the cheap prices do it for me

Non-existent customer service. Phone is not answered, nor messages replied to. Email finally replied to, but my name was not used so presume it was a standard round robin email. It took 14 days to get a pattern delivered, even though the website say 4 - 7 days. Would I use this company again, no. Very disappointing.

Customer service was brilliant, always polite and professional. After a slightly frustrating delay due to out of stock items they got most of my order sent out for me as I had a time sensitive project which I needed some of the items for, and they kindly swapped and sent out separately the last item that was out of stock. So overall very happy and will definitely order from oh sew crafty again! They also have a fantastic selection of stock, the novelty buttons are fantastic.
My only suggestion would be to look in to a more reliable system for reflecting stock on the website.

Great website and I found what I needed easily. Ordering was straightforward, delivery very fast.

I'm new to ordering from Oh Sew Crafty and can genuinely say that the customer service I have experienced has been 5*. I've now ordered a few times and any queries are dealt with in a timely and friendly manner. The fabrics I have ordered have been lovely quality and the prices are very competitive if not cheaper than some other sites. Oh Sew Crafty is now one of my go to sites and I would recommend them to anyone :)

Ordered on the 9th it's now the 11th still not despatched sent them an email asking what's happening to get a reply Hi
Will chase this but I think you need to be more careful when entering your address as this isn’t correct please supply correct address..
The address is correct now there phone lines are closed so this isn't gonna be resolved until after the weekend rubbish service avoid!!!!! Won't be back UPDATE AFTER MORE RUDE UNJUSTIFIABLE EMAILS I HAVE DEMANDED A REFUND AFTER I RECEIVED A GENERIC APOLOGY EMAIL FROM A DIFFERENT MEMBER IF STAFF AS I WOULDN'T WANT TO DEAL WITH THIER CUSTOMER SERVICES IF THE ORDER I WOULD HAVE RECEIVED HAD ANY ISSUSES
The address included the house number Street name and postcode twice which is the correct postcode the town was missing which should be enough for it to get delivered.. if I was in the wrong would I have got this reply I was polite until the replies from your member of staff

It’s never acceptable for a customer to feel dismissed or spoken to in that way, and I want to personally apologise. That is not how we treat our customers, and I am genuinely sorry that this has been your experience with us.

I’ve escalated this to senior management so it can be properly investigated. In the meantime, I’ve gone ahead and requested a full refund for your order, including postage, which you should see reflected in your account shortly.

Again, I can only apologise sincerely for the upset caused, and thank you for bringing this to our attention so we can ensure it doesn’t happen again.

I run a small costuming business so am making fabric orders multiple times a week, these are by far my favourite guys to order from. Huge selection of lovely fabrics at a great price and are always dispatched so quickly too. Responsive customer service and always love supporting a family run business too. Would absolutely recommend!

I cannot praise Oh Sew Crafty enough! I have made lots of orders with them, and I’m always happy with the quality of the items that I receive. The prices are excellent compared to other online retailers, and the orders are always sent quickly via tracked shipping. Jeni on customer service is absolutely amazing. I have had 2 queries in the last week, and she has handled both kindly and efficiently. I’ve noticed a few low reviews on here, but I honestly cannot relate as my experience has always been positive, and I’ve even recommended Oh Sew Crafty to sewing friends when they ask where I get my fabrics from. I would thoroughly recommend Oh Sew Crafty to anyone who is looking for great quality, competitive prices and professional customer service.

Appalling customer service. I ordered superior polycotton and was sent plain but only worked that out when I ordered an extra mtr. I was disappointed in the quality but it was for a costume so just had to go with it. When I worked out what happened I contacted them. They admitted they sent the wrong fabric but refused to replace it. Absolutely refused. It was £12.50. Their mistake. I had bought many mtrs of other fabric. Disappointed and frustrated and wished I’d checked here first

Their reply is the same as usual. It was not possible to know my gut feeling was correct until I saw the fabric I should have had. Fix your mistakes.it was £12.50 worth of fabric. Is your reputation not worth more?

I received my order just a couple of days after ordering it, beautiful fabric and a really great service, I shall be shopping here again for sure. BTW I could not believe the massive collection Oh Sew Craft have.

Disgusting customer service. Alot of retraining needed. Avoid this company. There are some great ones around. Oh so crafty isn't one them. I have submitted a review on their website. Surprise surprise it hasn't been accepted. They don't even deserve a 1 star.

Disappointed with customer care. Company was polite enough but didn't put themselves out enough to help with a satisfactory outcome.

Placed an order the other day for lots of fat quarters to make some patchwork bags.

The website had so many lovely materials to choose from.

One that I had selected was out of stock, so they asked me if I wanted a refund or to select something else. A quick refund was sent.

Fabrics arrived very quickly in the post and are superb! Bright and cheerful.

It is not made clear on the oh see crafty website that the amount of material you are purchasing is NOT in metres. I thought I was buying 3 metres of curtain lining for £2 a metre. In fact I paid £6 plus £4.95 postage for lining fabric measuring 3x50x140cm. Basically half of what I ordered. Apparently there is a drop down menu?? I did not see it.
Poor service quality and really bad after sales service.

Ordered fabric back in March, after chasing order I was informed that it was out of stock and, pretty much not likely to come back in stock. Silly me, I assumed they’d refund - I should have checked!! 8 days ago I receive an email to say it’s been shipped - yet, 8 days on STILL NOTHING.
THREE MONTHS - I know it’s only £11.50, but it’s MY £11.50
