The company is very professional at every level. Unusual to find this in this day and age.

Efficent service everytime. Always delivered within a week of order.

Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The drivers are always very considerate and respectful. Deliveries are prompt too.

Great service but having to guess how much domestic oil to order and having to pay upfront is a pain. Would prefer just to fill tank and be invoiced just like electricity or gas. Will continue to shop around until I find a company that can accommodate.

You went beyond the call of duty, not only in being really helpful and pleasant to deal with (SO refreshing, nowadays), but because you and your wonderful colleagues helped me out of a really tight spot. I stupidly forgot to dip our tank ( Watchman is faulty) and allowed us to run out of oil. You guys went out of your way to arrange an emergency delivery for us. My husband is 85 and with all of the worries about winter fuel allowance, etc, this act of pure kindness really lifted his spirits.
I bow to your shining standards of service.

Although we left order until we were almost empty and they were very busy, they managed to squeeze us in and delivered first thing . Very grateful for their wonderful service. Oh and the price was very good too

So disappointed that this Company will not sell smaller quantity of Red Diesel 25L to be used fir Domestic Heating..ie
for using in my diesel heaters in my Hut and Campervan..I purchased it at these
Premises prior to Oilfast taking over the business giving my personal details and explaining it was for legitimate use and complying with Government Regulations.
I tried to explain on the phone, but Oilfast will only sell bulk quantities which i would never be able to use. I feel this is another blow to the little person in
this Country being hit yet again..deeply annoyed at Oilfast attitude 😒

Local agent Gay Mackay checks my oil level regularly
and accompanies the tanker driver on delivery.

Always a pleasure dealing with any of the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. My deliveries are always on time and I'm kept up to date with offers ets. I've been using this company for years and wouldn't change

Great service, quick delivery and competitive prices

Usually company deliver after 2 days of order but this time I had to call again to see if order had been lost. I was informed vehicles off road for mot which I understand but I maybe should have been told when to expect my delivery when ordering .
