The only thing is that the manual how to put together the bed we bought, was terrible. Only because there was also a video it was possible to manage. And the bed was not easy to put together.

Packaging seems ok ,instructions manual can be improved for the less experienced (me), delivery not so good as 2 deliveries. Bed looks great but you should have kept the irons pins in top of the arch as my son wants to swing there, guess every kid does

Great customer service, poor quality product
5 stars for customer service and follow up of complaints
2 stars for quality of the bed. It arrived damaged and the quality is so poor that wood pieces started to crack while driving a screw in it. I had to replace multiple parts.

Reliable delivery, average quality
Delivery was within promised timing. However when we started unpacking and putting together the bed we realised there’s 1 piece missing. Called several times but no answer. Emailed and still no answer. Would appreciate a quick solution to this otherwise we’ll have to request a return.

Madita bed and mattress
We ordered a toddler bed and mattress. Initially there was a mix up in bed order, they sent us the wrong item. But customer care was helpful and sent us the right item. Even then I would give them a 5star, because the product is really good. The quality, look, the mattress is really good too. Really good value for the money.
