The staff are always so helpful and kind and always assist with loading items cannot rate highly enough! Also it is my go to store I always find what I am looking for! I use both stores in Broadway and Bath and Sarah in Broadway is extremely helpful as is Richard in Bath not forgetting all staff too!

The young woman who helped me and dealt with my purchase was very helpful and attentive so 5 stars for her but the other woman who was there was quite dismissive and gave me no eye contact and came over as nit being interested in me whatsoever!

Prior to visiting the store, I’d phoned to check that the item I wanted was available and could be put to one side for me to collect. The person serving me in the store was friendly and helpful and found what I wanted. She unpacked the item to ensure I was happy with it which I was!
