I would like to say a big thank you to Polina for the way she has handled some difficult issues with a cupboard. She has been consistently patient and has always dealt with the problems in a helpful and systematic way. A rare thing indeed!
Things don’t always go to plan but Polina and Oka have been fabulous in dealing with the problem.
That’s what differentiates a company and makes them special.

I wanted some artificial flowers to…
I wanted some artificial flowers to arrange in a large shell - I explained all this to the assistant and in no time at all she went off to come back with a similar size
Vase for me - I had shown her a picture of my shell -
It didn’t take long to try the big hydrangeas - bingo -
We both agreed that this was the way to go. So I was very pleased with all the help and fun I had in choosing

Excellent Experience
Assistants in the Broadway Shop were excellent and very helpful. They packaged my items with bubble wrap very well and then put my items into bags which personally speaking should have been packaged into boxes rather than carrier bags as the handles on the bags broke off and were very awkward to carry

Beautiful shop in Broadway lots of ideas and lovely furniture and furnishings. Staff are extremely helpful and there’s parking around the back to pick up larger items. Dog friendly too which is a pawsative.
