I’m sat at my beautiful table on my gorgeous chair having a coffee from my cheerful mug looking at my stunning vase filled with the most realistic faux stems on the market and I can’t help but smile and feel wonderful about it all!!
It was my first time visiting the OKA Marlborough branch yesterday and on such a miserable wet dark day I just want to give the staff recognition for being so positive so helpful in the most genuine way from a customer point of view!
Thank you!!! Without a male on duty to assist the ladies with heavier purchases they were swift and efficient in getting my table ready for us to take home even making sure to leave us with the Allan key to reassemble it when we got home.
Bethany and Debbie thank you! One might say they’re just doing their job but it’s bigger than that! Customer service is the most inportant part of any job so thank you ladies for all your help! We will be back!!!

Patient, friendly and helpful service at the Froxfield OKA, the purchase nailing the lie that OKA is too expensive! Excellent well made cutlery that should withstand the kitchen dining lifestyle, the only downside being the rather large desert spoons.
