I love your lampshades and have many of…
I love your lampshades and have many of them. I bought several to try at home and kept some. One particular one I liked is Roa in 35cm. I called my local store and asked to have one put aside another one so I would have a pair. As it was the end of the day the lady was not too interested and told me to call into the store the following day. But annoying by this stage the other one had been sold. And I now cannot get another one till June. Your service is normally excellent but as you have persisted in wanting me to review I have done so here.

Superlative customer service
My sister and I went in to the Marlborough store today. I was looking for a replacement crystal goblet that I had broken from a set of four. Carys was so helpful. She searched the storeroom then searched to see whether I could order another set on the Internet. When it became apparent the design was no longer available she searched the store room again and managed to find me a replacement goblet with the same shape. Carys and her colleague Jayne could not have been nicer and more helpful.
