Faux flower range
Always great customer service ,a lovely shopping experience with your staff
Merchandise wise, I thought the faux flower range was disappointing, which is what I came in for. I’ve had some beautiful hydrangeas etc in the past, but nothing in stock today, & your faux flower displays in vases in store looked sad. Are you expecting some new stock in soon?

The customer care and advice was brilliant, thank you Emma.
What let the company down a star was the delivery men, drove as fast as they could to turn around in our drive, felt like they hurled the four boxes into the utility , not carried them to where we wanted the chairs or unpacked and took the cardboard away as they were supposed to, then one chair leg shorter so it rocks hence my review giving 4 stars. Based on shop experience only would have been 5.

Dealing with Fleur from OKA, Harrogate was such a pleasant and seamless interaction. Not just because of the professionalism but also the attentiveness - making sure that the customer is looked after and taking the stress out of the situation.
