Great service!
We visited the outlet store on Saturday and the experience was great. We found exactly what we wanted at a great price and the team (Terri Francis and Olivier) were super helpful and even managed to stow our purchase into the car boot. I would highly recommend a visit.

Love this store. Always find something at a more affordable price. I’ve bought 3 sofas and an ottoman which I’m really happy with. Some items are slightly damaged but this is reflected in the price. Service is friendly and helpful- never get the hard sell from the team at Oka outlet. Easy parking too. Highly recommended!

Excellent service from Oliver in Oka Godstone. Great service, good pricing and really nice people. Oliver emailed full photos and was open about any marks and impairments (its an outlet, prices are reduced sometimes due to damage) of the pieces I was interested in. Despite my arriving near closing time, he put no pressure on me to hurry. He (and the other staff) was friendly and helpful and I left delighted with my purchases. I shall definitly go back.

Fly tipping neighbours
I can't remember when I was last so annoyed! OKA staff at South Godstone are very disrespectful!
We have been asking for a better fence, and the contractor destroyed the verge and fly tipped all the rubble in our communal garden. Shame on OKA who are cheapskates and disrespectful. They also broke the law.
OKA thank you for your reply. This is untrue. Currently, the height of the fence is over 1m and we are having to drive into the A22 to see the traffic. There is a law that prohibits fences from being over 1m and vertical, so we can see the traffic. It's the same with the lights you put up. It lights up the neighbours house as well as the A22. When you change things based on spiteful lies, the community holds you accountable.
In time we will publish the lies. Your cctv does not cover the area where they fly tipped. I have photos and the rubble is still there.
OKA tried to take down this review but failed. Now you want to lie your way out of it. You are a bad, nasty, vindictive neighbour and think you are above the law!

The work is being conducted by a reputable contractor, and the fence is installed entirely within our property boundaries. As there is a large public alley/path separating our properties, there has been no impact on your land.
We have thoroughly checked our CCTV footage, and we can confirm that there is no rubbish or fly-tipping at any time during the work. The area has been kept clean and in full compliance with all regulations.
As there is no further matter to address from our side, we kindly request that you refrain from contacting us regarding this issue. Should you have any concerns, we suggest you contact the relevant authorities, and we will be more than happy to cooperate with them.
