I absolutely love my go-to design home, Godstone. The team are truly amazing, and every visit brings me immense pleasure. I've never been disappointed with the quality of my purchase. Although I may need to tweak a scratch or two, the huge discount I receive makes it worth it for the interior design gems I find. Noleen, the manager, is a total star!

Shocking Experience
Visted OKA outlet in Godstone this afternoon. Noticed they had sofas (unusually a few of the same style and fabric), we were contenplating in buying the 2, two seaters or 1 two seater and two armchairs. In the meantimer we ask to buy two lamps which were moved to the counter. I noticed some previous season, Christmas Animals at 4 for £2 .There were 16 in total but half broken like missing legs etc. I asked if I could just buy the 8 good ones and leave the broken ones. I was told I had to buy the broken ones with the good ones.! I said how much for the good ones only as I dont want the broken ones. I was told I had to take the broken ones with the good ones. I repied this is bonkers (or something similar) and that no one wants to buy broken ornaments . Then one of the girls said sarcastically somthing like "thank you for coming". We just walked out without the sofas , lights and best of all 8 50p broken Christmas ornaments which should be in the bin.We have bought many items of furniture and lights for our Hoilday Homes etc over the years at OKA and always had a plesant experence. We wont be going back. Check your CCTV be good for training future staff. !!!!!!!
