Delivery service
Was told by staff in the shop I would have help unpacking the heavy item. One man came and he willingly helped but he was instructed by his employer that it wasn’t his job. He did take away all the packages and was very pleasant.

I live in Windsor but don’t often go to Sunninghill and area so I was pleasantly surprised when I found out there is an OKA showroom so close to me. I visited to view a specific coffee table that I really liked on the website but wanted to see it before committing and I needed some new cushions too. The choice was excellent, such beautiful quality and fabrics ! Laura offered me support designing my living room and Andrea has been so helpful and knowledgeable giving me guidance on what would go best on my sofa with the ones I already have. Such an enjoyable shopping experience, thanks to both ladies, I will definitely be back!

Poor Customer Service
The shop itself is lovely and has some gorgeous pieces to choose from however, the customer service is poor. It really doesn't take much to smile at a customer and engage in a conversation. It wasn't because I went at a busy time, there was just myself and another couple who were just browsing at the time. I went to the Till and had to wait for someone to come to me despite ringing the bell. no one came so I then went to look for the customer service agent who made no apology, no smile, no comment or acknowledgment when I said, 'you've got some lovely pieces here'. No manners whatsoever!

OKA products never disappoint
OKA products never disappoint. From the luxury rugs, large lamps and decorative home items I have purchased recently I can honestly say I’m struggling to pick out a favourite… one thing I do know is the OKA store in Sunninghill and online app are my first go to for any inspiration I need for my house renovation.

Purdy Lamp with striped shade
Love the lamp we purchased but we were disappointed by the position of the shop in Sunninghill. We travelled an hour to get there as we were unable to buy in our local Marlow store or online. However, although we struggled to find the shop and park, we are pleased with our purchase.

Love the quality and variety of OKA products
I have used OKA for accessories and rugs to complete my home. However I did end up buying a sofa and chair as I just fell in love with a couple of pieces. I love the quality and variety of their products and have always had helpful, polite service from any of the ladies who have assisted me.
