Chris at Oka in Hoopers, Tunbridge Wells, is brilliant. He understood exactly the look I was trying to create with cushions, suggested how to arrange them and put together a beautiful selection for me. I am absolutely thrilled with the result.

Excellent service at Tunbridge Wells
We phoned the Tunbridge Wells branch about dining tables and Simona provided us with all the information we needed. On visiting the shop the next day both she and Chris provided more excellent help. Simona went above and beyond to ensure we picked the best table for us. We were delighted with the service we received.

Very helpful lady when ordering in…
Very helpful lady when ordering in store ( Hoopers TW) Kept up to date with delivery. Contacted as requested by phone when 1hour away. Rug was carried into our house and left exactly where we asked.

I was having a very difficult time…
I was having a very difficult time trying to secure a chair that was going out of stock which I badly needed for a client. Honestly Simona went above and beyond, hopeful, fun charming and so efficient. Nothing was too much trouble .

Simona, the Manager at Tunbridge Wells has been incredibly helpful. She has an excellent eye when it comes to design and is incredibly knowledgeable. The store is very often busy but you still receive a first class service from Simona and all of her colleagues. I am very happy to recommend Simona and the OKA product to my clients.

I recently waited by the counter to pay for my goods, for quite some time, whilst the sales assistant was doing administrative writing, before she looked up at me.

The assistant went out of her way to…
The assistant went out of her way to find the sprays of fake flowers I needed to complete a beautiful display I had been creating at home with OKA products. We knew a very few were left in a window display due to be dismantled the following working day. She managed to retrieve them. My display is now complete and perfect.
