Total Oka convert!
So very pleased with all of my Oka purchases which have totally transformed my hall and lounge. Everybody who visits comments on how lovely it all looks. Homely but it really does add the Wow factor!
Simona has been an absolute star guiding me through my purchases. She quickly ascertained the colours and combinations that I liked and worked with me suggesting items that complement each other. I really did feel that she was totally genuine in her recommendations wanting me to be 100% happy with my purchases rather than being motivated by her selling prowess. Very much looking forward to working with Simona to transform another room in my home. Love the quality and range of Oka items that have transformed my house into a home.

OKA , Artistry in flowers Event in Hoopers, Tunbridge Wells
I attended an event in OKA in Hoopers Tunbridge Wells . Flower artistry with OKA silk flowers.
Suzanne did the workshop . It was excellent . She demonstrated how to use the flowers in a lovely arrangement . We then had an opportunity to do our own . I had seen a picture of a vase with a beautiful arrangement in the OKA catalogue . She was able to help me to do a similar arrangement with the same vase . We were also given 30% off . Staff were very welcoming and friendly , especially Suzanne . We were treated to lovely refreshments , Danish pastries , tea , coffee , Bucks Fizz . I’m so glad I attended.

The service in the shop was perfectly…
The service in the shop was perfectly good but the quality of the bags carrying my cushions very poor as they fell apart before I even left the shop. I then had my 4 cushions and covers double bagged and got a little further the next time but not as far as my house so had to get a taxi as I couldn’t carry them separately. Unsatisfactory and it doesn’t reflect well.

Great Service
I have to say Camilla has made my experience of buying furniture and accessories so easy. I have shown photos of my home and her suggestions have been fabulous, the choice of rug and cushions in our living room has transformed it! Exceptional products and service
Having previously bought some lamps from our local OKA store which had to be returned due to some damage, we had been searching high and low for some replacement lamps, but everywhere was showing as out of stock. Thankfully, with virtually our last throw of the dice, Tunbridge Wells came up trumps! The care and attention shown by Suzanne in ensuring the lamps were in tip top condition was exceptional, and I felt confident that I would not have a wasted trip. Everything went smoothly and we are now the proud owners of two wonderful lamps which transform the living space in our kitchen. I wholeheartedly recommend OKA, and in particular their Tunbridge Wells store, for providing not just beautiful furniture and accessories, but customer service to match.
