Difficulty cancelling recurring subscription
I ordered a 3-month Beauty Box subscription using a gift voucher. So far I’ve received one box and I’m pleased with it. However I was required to give payment details for a recurring subscription, which I would then need to cancel. I found it difficult to work out how to do this and I’m not sure whether I’ve managed to cancel the recurring subscription or whether I’ve accidentally cancelled the initial 3-month gift. I can’t work out how to contact the company to check.
