Great Support in resolving Supply Issue
OKI Buyer were able to source an out of stock developing drum from OKI Technical suport after a global shortage of these parts due to flooding in the far east manufactuiring plant. OKI UK Support must be thanked equally as they were extremely professional and responsive.
Outstanding customer service from OKI and OKI Buyer.

Product OK if only I could have it
I have used OKI buyer several times before, but this time the delivery arrangements are abysmal. It is probably the fault of the delivery company which they are using but it certainly gives them a bad name, with promised delivery dates not kept.

I've bought from here many times and have always had good service. I don't always receive everything "Next Day" but then it's not a guaranteed service and when contacting Oki Buyer about a delayed order or any other matter, I've always had an efficient and polite response.
