I was apparently signed up for a subscription without my knowledge, but they very quickly & easily cancelled it, and refunded an order I did not place. Jerry from support was most helpful!

Sadly my order was incomplete and I have been calling and emailing for a month since my partial product was delivered. I ordered three products yet only two products were delivered. With a month of reaching out to Olavita, I have heard nothing from this company. They were sure to charge me upfront and take my full payment but once delivered you are unable to respond, which leads me to believe that you don't care about your clientele. I am enjoying the two products but the package was all supposed to be used in unison, which is hard to do with only two thirds of my order. I am not sure how to legally start a claim but I will be this week. Very disappointing and very unprofessional

I felt like the website was impossible to navigate. Once you are in making an order then it keeps adding add ons. I will change this rating once this mess is cleared up. What address do I return product to and also I need a shipping or return invoice.

I just received another tube of Intense Eye Revive. I have sent several emails asking for cancelation of my subscription and was assured that it was done. I don't understand why they sent and charged another tube of it. I am disabled and this is making me sicker. I cannot seem to get the subscription canceled.

I did not request a subscription for this product. The amount of product was TINY. Not worth the money. Please cancel all further shipments. I did not request a subscription in the first place!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I received my third shipment, after calling and emailing several times. This is such a scam. When I go into my account transactions it shows the subscription is cancelled after my many emails and phone calls. But, again today I was charged the monthly fee and said product was in shipment. How do I get out of this mess?

I did not appreciate being unaware of this subscription. we are now on 3rd shipment and payment of over $100!
