i have been charged for 5 different orders. in sept 2025 $216.90, which is an order I never received. then i was charged in Jan, Feb, March, and April $77.40 (total of $309.60) for orders I did not want. when I first called in january, I was told I did not have a subscription and so they couldn’t cancel anything. Then I received another order/charge in February and reached out and was told the same thing so then I continued to call/email and received another order/charge in March, but was then assurred that my subscription was cancelled. Now I have another charge pending in my account and they’re telling me they’ll only cancel after I leave a good review and send a screenshot!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are scammers. i am going to have to cancel my card and report fraud!!!

STAY AWAY! I have been trying for two months to cancel my subscription and yet am still being charged. I have email confirmation that I would not be charged again and yet, the next month I was! THEN, I received an email bribing me for a positive review in order to continue processing a cancelation: (see for yourself, copied from my email!)

I was very concerned after reading the reviews. Olivia has handled my returns with professionalism & kindness. This experience with Olivia started off on a bad foot as I was being billed for items not received. The returns have been received by Olivitan& now waiting for refund. Hope my refund will be expedited asap.

Requested order cancelled in January. Told in my first request that I did not like the product. Nothing happened and I have received 2 more shipments since first request to cancel. Was told after last shipment product could be returned if in original packaging. I have received 2 shipments since and have not even opened the shipping bags. Nothing has been resolved!

I ordered three bottles of the solution and assumed it was for one time. It ended up being a subscription and I needed help to cancel. The team has been very kind and polite to help me this matter.

I did not sigh up for a subscription with my first order. I read everything very carefully, and there was nothing about a subscription. Now you are saying I clicked the subscription box, but there was not one, and did not click any such thing. As soon as i got an email about another order coming I immediately replied to it to cancel everything. I was told my subscription was cancelled and every thing was taken care of. The very next day I was told the package is on the way and you can't do anything about it. That is YOUR fault because I responded immediately, and got a response that every thing was taken care of. How is it that every thing has changed? How is it that one person says every thing taken care of, and the next day someone else says it isn't? And BTW, the Olavita smells like horse manure. Why would I want to put that on my face?
