Used product for over 1.5 months and can see no difference in my skin. After receiving a 2nd delivery of 3 bottles, I called/emailed and communicated with someone there at Olativa and was told it was cancelled. Then a 3rd shipment of 3 vials was shipped so I contested the charge with my bank. As there is a 90 Day Money back guarantee, I would like a refund of the 1st 2 shipments.

Before canceling an order and a subscription, they required me to write a review. They were prompt in replying to emails, but would not proceed with the cancellation until a review was submitted. That is bribery and bad business practice.
Update:order was not cancelled. They replied with the same email after I wrote the review. How is this good customer service?

I canceled my subscription 2 mos ago and was told it was too late to stop the shipment. Then a month ago I was notified of another shipment at which time I wrote reminder had canceled. But was sent another order anyway. Have sent several emails to verify cancelation this past month. YESTERDAY I wrote it was bad customer service to take over a month to respond and TODAY I get an email first giving me an option to pause/delay or cancel my subscription. To which I answered cancel-how many times must I say so?!? TODAY I received the final notification of cancellation. NO I have not been happy this situation was handled!! Besides taking 2 mos I had to receive to orders!!

The agent was polite and understanding and kind.
I am still using the product and expecting good things.
But I have amassed such a backlog, that I have to catch up.
