Love the product but the instructions were inaccurate as they labelled two parts incorrectly which caused confusion to start with.

Wc seat arrived damaged
Wc seat arrived damaged. When I asked for a replacement it was refused as they stated it wasn’t reported with. 24 hours of receipt. What a shame. Busy customers often can’t open goods within 24 hours. This fault was reported within 4 days and upon opening the goods. Would not use again

Our terms & conditions and dispatch email state "If the item is damaged, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery to make your claim for a replacement or refund". Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for any damage beyond this timeframe. As a gesture of goodwill, we have emailed you a discount code for future purchases.
Poor communication
I emailed to ask about returning an item 3 days ago but as of yet havent received a response which is quite disappointing. The reply via Trustpilot said they didn’t receive my email so I sent it again and they replied very quickly, although disappointingly didn’t cover the cost of returning the item like many retailers do.

Luxury bath at reasonable price
The bath was delivered on time and safely. It did have a small scratch mark but we accepted it and I was delighted that Old Fashioned Bathrooms sent a polishing kit for repair. we selected that basic stone bath with white feet and now installed it looks brilliant.

Thank you for your lovely review, Jim. We're glad to have got the polishing kit to you quickly. Thankfully, this is the beauty of Victoria + Albert baths, as they're solid surface limestone, on the rare occasion they do get scratched they can just be polished out which is good news all round.
Great Experience
Simple order process and good communication throughout. I used live chat to ask when my order might arrive and received an answer immediately.
My order was well packaged and had been quality checked before dispatch.
Delivery cost was lower to my area than others.
Great experience overall. I would purchase from Old Fashioned Bathrooms again.
