The cut is beautiful on their volk wool pants, the finish details too, BUT the fabric quality is not acceptable. In higher stress areas there's HEAVY pilling, connected to low quality fabric. I'd wish... See more

After reading some of the reviews I can't believe we're talking about the same company!!! Excellent customer service, as I forwarded a return for another company to them by mistake and they then posted on for me I was so grateful no quibble. They're clothes are good quality too and reasonably priced when you look at other companies who do similar contemporary styles, follow their guidelines on sizing. Alison
Beautiful design but sizing is really…
Beautiful design but sizing is really too narrow, too small . I was really disappointed .
And return is not free !
The quality of the shirt I got is…
The quality of the shirt I got is terrible. I feel like I could have found something better at the thrift store. Believe everyone when they say their customer service is terrible because it’s true!!! I’ve been trying to get the return process going and I’ve been waiting days. Would absolutely never shop again.
A warning to all!
A warning to all, items were stolen prior to delivery and Olive did nothing to help me, lost the item and the funds! Really awful customer services, will not be shopping with you again. "All risk in the items you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the items) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order." This was not yet delivered to a safe place, so I would thought consumer law would be on the side of the customer in this situation.
High Prices, Poor Quality
I was really excited to try this brand because the designs are super cute/pretty but none of the items I bought matched the quality I thought I'd be getting. Coat/shirts/vest/pullovers/etc--the quality was bad across the board. Very disappointed considering the prices. Giving it 2 stars because the fit/designs are good but the items are poor quality/not true to image.
Lovely style and quality, lack of size inclusivity
I own two Olive items; a linen shirt and a cotton dress and they are two of my most favourite pieces of clothing. The shirt I got second hand off of eBay and the dress I bought directly from their site. Both are great quality and fit nicely, which I was nervous about because Olive is not exactly a size inclusive brand. That brings me to my main criticism, the “one size” approach of their clothes. It’s a brand for petite/slim people and slim people only. Some of their looser fitting clothes might fit up to a UK 14 or 16 at a push but they clarify that these will be a “tighter fit” than those shown on the models. Also, a lot of the one size items are never shown on a model at all and are pictured on the hanger. This is so useless because a model can at least give customers a rough framework for working out the shape and fit of a garment, whereas the hanger pictures tell us nothing, and when you’re investing this much money into your clothes it’d be nice to have an idea of whether they will fit nicely. In this sense buying from Olive is a gamble, although if they don’t fit you can obviously return them but it’s not the point. It’s disheartening to buy something for yourself, excited for it to arrive, only to try it on and see that you’re “too big” for Olive’s brand vision. One shirt I have in my wish list is listed to only fit a UK size 6 or 8, which is crazy! It’s a shame because I love the style and quality of Olive clothing, but its lack of inclusivity when it comes to sizing is a major letdown.
bad quality
edit: good costumer service. they gave me a voucher worth the original price i paid for the pants!
original review: very bad quality. paid €99 for a pair of woolen pants i expected to last me years. after only one wear the pilling started. after about 30 more the crotch area is almost completely worn down. i'm so disappointed.
Excellent woollens but keep the pricing please
It looks like the prices are a bit higher for my seasonal jumpers this year. I don't think I'll be buying knits from anywhere else this winter though as prices in my other favourite brands seem to be going through the roof. I still have their boucle and Jane jumpers from two Christmases ago and they're still two of my favourite jumpers but I just love the khaki colour of the melange crew neck I've just added to my collection. I do hope the prices don't continue to creep up though.
Disgusting company
Disgusting company. “One size” clothing that doesn’t fit if you’re over a size 10. Disgraceful that companies like this even exist in 2022.
Poor quality and extremely overpriced.
Nothing that hasn’t already been noted here before. The designs are great, but very overpriced and the quality is poor. Customer service is also lacking. Plus, the women’s clothing is targeted towards a very narrow ideal of petite girls. If you’re happy to pay above the prices of Zara, H&M etc. for good quality and long lasting clothing, stick to COS and Arket. Far superior in every respect.

Still waiting for my refund for a package that has never been delivered. I ordered the post service made a mess out of it and never delivered. Olive refuses to cooperate, deliver the goods or refund me. It's a shame, they are a bunch of thieves.
Very poor quality
Very poor quality. I bought two different dungarees and they both broke after one wear. The stitching attaching the straps to the back just fell apart. Extremely disappointing. Would not recommend!
Just don't buy the wildflower printed dress
I have also been a customer of them since 2016. Bought all sort of their clothes over the years, dresses, shirts, t-shirts, jumpers and a coat. I loved this brand's style and the quality was good. However, their price has gone up and the quality has gone downhill.
I recently bought their wildflower printed dress which I've been eyeing for some time. I followed the care label but it shrank terribly in the wash. The customer service was nice the first time. They send me a replacement and said that it could be the washing machine that used higher temperature than advertised.
For the replacement dress, I HAND-washed it with COLD water and laid it flat for it to air dry. The dress shrank almost 20cm in length. I complained my frustration to the customer service hoping that they would improve their quality. They said they had already replaced the dress once and blamed on the washing machine again. Excuse me?? What washing machine, my hands and a bowl of cold water? Let's be honest here, what would I want another replacement for? To watch it shrink again?
If you like their style, maybe choose the cotton ones. But I won't be their customer anymore.
Super overpriced for items that are…
Super overpriced for items that are slightly below the quality of H&M’s or Zara.
Very good if it fits
I started buying olive jumpers during the pandemic, but wasn't sure about the size of the dresses. I have a few now and they fit better than I expected, and I'm really happy with the look and feel. Sizing doesn't always feel consistent, but to be fair, refunds are quick and free.
Ignore the Trustpilot haters
Love love love this brand, they deserve a much better reputation here than they get. I ordered a dress for an event and when the parcel was delayed by Royal Mail, I explained the situation to customer services and they just re-shipped a replacement by courier immediately, completely trusting me to return the first parcel when it arrived with me (which I did). Also the dress was perfect! Actually the quality was really, really good. What I especially noticed was the quality of the fabric. I'm sorry that some other people here are saying they've had a bad experience but I honestly wonder if they're talking about the right brand. 5 stars from me.
Return costs International
The item was ok, but didn't worth the price tbh for its quality. After deciding to return it, I realized there was not a clear point on their return page regarding the costs for return delivery. I asked them and they immediately responded. Turns out the customer has to pay them. Ha. Wouldn't order again.
Want me to pay to replace a faulty item
I bought a shirt that after a couple of wears turned out to be faulty. When I messaged them to ask for a replacement or refund which legally they should have done, they offered me a 50% off my next purchase. If I use this voucher I would be paying 150% for one useable shirt. I challenged this and I was told that the 50% voucher was their final response. I will not be giving this company another penny and would urge other people not to either, absolute scammers!
I can’t believe that this company…
I can’t believe that this company clearly think anyone larger than a size 14 is not worth a look. I love the styles but it’s not possible to get bigger than a 14 in mist things. Ridiculous given the number of 16 plus women on the planet
