Well what can I say….. Oliver Reilly would without a doubt be my go to estate agent when I next sell a property. As a mature woman who lives alone I wasn’t sure who to trust when it came to selling my
Home in Newark. I have moved numerous times in my life and used half a dozen estate agents over the years. I saw Oliver Reilly's estate agents office has opened in town and liked the idea of supporting a new business but I was also concerned about trusting a brand new business. From the initial phone call with Oliver and the first time he came to my property to value it, to the last day of the sale he was professional, friendly and far exceeded my expectations. Oliver has the personal touch that no other estate agent can give And I would recommend him without hesitation! I had previously bought my house with Oliver 6 years ago when he worked for a different company and was so happy with his work that when I decided to sell my house again a few months ago and I saw that Oliver now had his own business I decided to go with him again as he was so fantastic previously. Oliver has recently helped me in the purchase of a property. He couldn't have been more professional keeping me informed all the way through the process and assisting in keeping the chain moving.

We have dealt with Oliver twice, once in connection with the purchase of a property intended as buy-to-let and more recently with a valuation of the same property with a view to selling privately. On both occasions Oliver's service was immaculate: professional, courteous, and above all thorough. Totally recommended.

My Sister and I sadly losed our Father in February 2021, and as executors we had to deal with his affairs including the sale of his flat in central Newark.

After contacting 2 other Estate Agents we chose Oliver Reilly, for both of us this was a bit of a gamble as Oliver is a new business in Newark.

I called Oliver and he came straight round to the flat, we talked about the flat and he provided details of similar properties in the area to back up the sales price, however for us and more importantly he listened and was sympathetic and empatheitic under the circumstances.

Oliver lined up viewings and within about 48hrs had a firm offer, unfortunately the buyers backed out a day later.

Whilst we felt gutted, Oliver was very positive and reassuring, and advised he already had another potential couple interested, he contacted them and made an appointment for them to view the property.

An offer was made and accepted. During the process of obtaining probate Oliver kept ourselves and the buyers up to date, he reassured us that the buyers were still interested even after waiting several months, and also kept the buyers informed of progress.

Olivers strap line is "Passionate about Property", and he certainly is. He is professional, calm and very level headed. Nothing fazed him and he got the sale across the line for the asking price even when it seemed that probate was never going to finish.

We want to thank Oliver for his conduct, as having someone like Oliver on our side to sell at a very raw time made things just that little bit easier and took a lot of pressure off.

I have and will continue to recommend Oliver Reilly to friends and family and will use him again if needed in the future.
