First time I used the bottles all the logo smudged from the cage. They look a mess after one outing took over a week to arrive. Despite your offer of a free replacement. I still haven’t heard or received anything

I originally bought an XL bike. In the middle of emails, you offered a different model instead, what I didn't realise is that you also changed the size for an L for whatever reason. It is my mistake for passing this, but I still don't understand why you would offer me another model in a different size.

Once the bike arrived, the saddle piece to attach it to the tube was backwards, so to put the bike together had to force the piece out and back in the proper way. Just for doing this, I can't return the bike.

The whole thing feels cheap, flimsy and not secure at all, especially considering it is a fixie and should be able to take some force to break backpedalling. I have only ridden it once to work and I don't really want to ride it again back home.

I recently purchased a urban-city retro bike for a short cycle to the train station as part of my commute. For the first two weeks of ownership I spent most of my time fixing the bike rather than being able to enjoy it!
I appreciate that the bike is £215 and you get what you pay for, however the bike is not fit for purpose as it is currently sold.
In order to be able to use my bike I have had to spend a considerable amount of extra money on new tyres that don't fall apart, new inner tubes and new chain tensioners that are strong enough not to break during use. Since investing this time and money into the bike it is now working well!
I hope Oliver Cycling address these issues and invest in components that work in the future.

First of all, the delivery took longer than expected and there was no notification about the day when the parcel would arrive. Luckily my flatmate was at home to receive it when the bike arrived.
Second of all, the instruction for the assembly was not detailed enough, the break on the steering wheel were not properly adjusted, as a result they didn't;t work properly until I readjusted them. Something was wrong with the seat as it wouldn't turn/bend at all although was supposed to. There is also a weird noise coming from the back wheel (from the beginning, even before I tried using the bike for the first time). And now the front wheel got flat after I cycled on this bike once for 20 minutes (I checked - there are no holes in the tires). Can't use this bike yetand will have to pay extra to bring it to a repair store to finally be able to use full, what a great deal :) Honestly, I am surprised this brand new bike turned out more broken than my 2-year old bike.

There are advantages about this bike - only two though.
1) The colour is nice, like on the picture
2) It is indeed pretty lightweight.

Overall - wish I could send it back, but at this point I am not sure this will save me time and effort.

The website for the first time I tried to order said £15 next day delivery, but when you come to pay its £25 and up to 10 working days. Turned out they didn't have the one I wanted in stock and MAY have it in 8 weeks (but may not lol), but were willing to take the order and cash. Blamed this on the website being updated.
So, I ordered a few days later when website changed, and the delivery was £25 (they did say that this had gone up), delivery was within 3 to 4 days, so I paid in full. Then they said they didn't have the bike and offered one in white! I didn't order white, I ordered yellow AFTER they updated the website. They said they had one in yellow but in the larger medium size, which may suit the 5ft 4in tall person it was for. I asked them for the size from seat to pedal, and there is no way a 5ft 4 person could safely ride this. The customer service, website, and lack of knowledge about their own products is appalling. I checked out the company and found an article on them when they started up, and its clear from the prices on that, that the rrp on the site has been greatly inflated! I did say I'd take a white bike at £35 less, but they couldn't do that, but they sent a £55 off voucher after that, which of course didn't work and knocked £10 off. I had a refund in the end, luckily I paid by paypal which made it simple. A company that either lost its way, or never got started. Shame as the lightweight and concept is great......... I have since seen other reviews on other sites that reflect my own experience with their service and sales. They don't have stock, so they should not take peoples money!

Bought the bike, spent a fortune, to then be told it was out of stock for 8 weeks.

So far very disappointed. Ordered and paid for a bike they don't currently have. If a bike isn't available it should be clear when you buy.

Great price and quality items to protect my bike.

The bike size guide was very helpful, I was able to determine what size bike was suitable for me without having to go into a store. Ordering was online was easy.

The bike looks nice, arrived quickly, was a good shopping experience. As others have said the bike comes unassembled in the box which is to be expected, but it can be very fiddly putting together and getting right if you haven’t done it before. I’ve owned a lot of bikes and sadly this is quite a poor quality bike based on the components and the feel of how it rides, but that’s fair enough give how cheap it is. I guess you get what you pay for.
