A great product w/ small complaints
Bike was delayed by 3 days due to an error with the courier, which of course is not due to Oliver Cycling but did inconvenience me as I bought this bike for my work commute. With standard delivery costing £20, you’d expect it to be prompt.
When the bike arrived, the front wheel would not drop onto the forks at all - I took it to Halfords and they informed me that one of the forks was slightly bent (presumably from delivery) and proceeded to fix this for me and help me assemble the rest of the bike/make it road safe. Again, I wish this hadn’t been a necessary step.
Once the bike was actually set, I have found riding it a really good experience, it’s lightweight meaning you can gain speed quickly and it’s responsive. The brake pads aren’t amazing and it takes a few seconds to slow down even when pressing down fully on both brakes. Everything else seems great and it’s a good budget bike for the cost, and it looks fantastic. The lack of suspension means that it can be a bit bumpy on uneven roads but I haven’t suffered much from this and found myself standing up on the bike anyway to move faster.
Overall I’d say this bike is worth the money and the accessories (bottle, wheel cover, bell and lights) are a great touch also which saves you a bit of money.
I did however reach out to their customer service about the front wheel/fork issue and the advice was to just push it in harder. If I had done this, I likely would’ve broken something and caused myself and the company a headache. Shoutout to Halfords!
6/10 buying experience, 8/10 riding experience, 9/10 on value.

The Oliver bike is a really good looking bike and feels like it is has been put together properly, my only concern is the tires, I have had two punchers, one the back and other one on the front wheel and I've only had the bike for two weeks. Other than that it's been a good purchase.

Problems started with assembly, cones in wheels and pedals so tight took all my strength to loosen. Headset needed lubrication, purchased a £9 rear cog to change for fitted one to stop loud clonking. Oliver cycles were helpful to resolve issues. I love it even so, it is a good product. Jim

Amazing quality at a great price
I bought a bike with accessories for my younger brothers birthday. It came in less than 24 hours of me placing the order. The bike was really high quality for the price and my brother has used it non stop since I got it and loves it. Definitely recommend.

Amazing bike's for an affordable price
Wow! As a new rider living in the city I wanted to find a reliable, easy to ride bike and the Urban City 2.0 did not disappoint! My bike came the next day and was super easy to assemble. I've recommended these bikes now to lot's of my family as you can't beat the price and quality!
