Great quality shirts, excellent delivery and returns policy
I have ordered shirts from Oliver Spencer for several years now. They are of excellent quality and look fantastic.
Special mention of their fantastic delivery and returns policy: I was able to return a shirt in the supplied envelope and swap for another one at no extra cost.
I will certainly keep buying shirts from them in future years.

Great clothes, and great online experience
I love the Oliver Spencer style, and clothes are great quality for the price. The online experience is easy and delivery is always efficient and fast. On the rare occasions when I've had to return items, the process is easy.

Fits perfectly, exactly as seen online
I bought a shirt and two jumpers. All fitted really well, were exactly as shown online, and the Lambs Conduit shop stored the items for two weeks until I could pick them up. The assistants in the shop were excellent when I picked up as well.

I made an exchange and the new item was in stock. A week later I was sent a refund instead. Poor stock control and customer focus.

the draw string on the blue terry towelling shorts has disappeared into the seam rendering it useless - this is a common issue with manufacturers that in my view could easily be solved by perhaps a toggle large knot - but it is VERY annoying. The other items were only average
