I love my paper clip necklace. It’s petite and so pretty.

LOVED THE USER- FRIENDLY SITE. THE PICS OF THE JEWELRY BEING WORN WAS KEY IN DECIDING ON WHICH PIECES TO PURCHASE AND NOT HAVING TO SEARCH FOR THE DURABILITY OF THE METALS WAS ALSO GREAT

Would never recommend this company nor would I buy again, it's clearly not a legitimate site, advertises non tarnish yet my "handmade" necklace was delivered tarnished. Complained and sent pictures 1.6.2026 was replied to pretty quick, which I thought was great, I'm yet to receive my replacement and have been receiving basically the same email regarding it being processed and we will contact you when it has been shipped and sorry for the delay. It's now 26.6.26 and the original purchase didn't take that long to be "handmade" and delivered. No good enough reason as to why I'd still be waiting for a replacement other than it's clearly a scam. I have since asked for a refund to be told as I asked for a replacement I can no longer have a refund. Shocking customer service, clearly money down the drain, I doubt I'll ever receive my replacement necklace at this point. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

I am really happy with the name plate necklaces, I ordered the gold and silver for my daughter and for myself so we have 2 each. The delivery was in a good time frame considering it is made to order. My only concern is the clasp is quite difficult and the stones do flip when wearing it. I wish the clasp was easier to use as I put it on in the morning and take it off at night. I find it quite frustrating to do it myself and have the stones sitting correctly. But once it’s on, it’s lovely.

A scam!!! They order it cheap from overseas then send it 3 weeks later after it arrives to them. They false advertise on their website that they “handcraft” the jewellery themselves so people will buy but it is low quality shein / temu jewellery

After sending emails back and and fourth for 4 moths by me sending the pictures and all other information it was finally decided to give me in store credit, I thought great. Well I am email said it was after the time of returning the items. So I had kept all emails and sent the one where they had said that I could have an instore credit. I did have to pay an extra $99, which I understood that but wasn’t to happy with all I had to do to explain why I needed to return the items. All said and done Angelia was very helpful and I was happy. And she was very apologetic about everything.
