I bought 2 of Olivias lamps for£ 365.
One of the lamps arrived broken. There is no Customer Support at all only a Robot that kept on asking me to send a video of a lamp that did not switch on. I explained the lamp was simply broken when it arrived. There was no help and no Refund. There is no help at all at Olivia's. I would never recommend anyone buying a lamp there. This is a terrible company. Probably all the reviews are written by people in India

All round poor service
Ordered an item showing as in-stock.
After around 10 days of no comms I chased delivery only to be told that their supplier had no-stock to ship. Not sure when then would have proactively contact me.
Some 2 weeks on I am without the items and now "awaiting a refund from accounts".
Would not order from this company again.
