Your team was fast to respond, but some points weren't so clear up-front. And also the account limitation of 6.000 EUR for any in/out transaction per month is a little too strict. But the service in general seems very nice.

Really slow service, holds money hostage
I have tried to open my companies account for over 1 month now. Oky is always asking for documents over and over again, even when I have sent it to them time and time again. Last time was one week ago when I was gonna get a recap "shortly". Now my company sits and cannot pay its bills as Olky is keeping the account on hold.

You money will disappear like in a magic show
Made 2 transfers to a EUR Revolut account. Everywhere in the world this would be a SEPA payment.
Olky charged though 164 euro for the service or 1% of the transferred amount. Besides the extra 20 euro monthly fee I also woke up with another 49 euro fee, which I am yet to understand what it is
Basically, in 1 day, they took about 240 euro.
There was a guy writing me asking if I wanna join him in a lawsuit, maybe I will
I am on my way of closing the account, this is simply stealing

No response from the support for weeks, no solution or any thing else!
Poor service!
After 4 weeks, there is some movement, the account is now open, manually from olky side, but this ID process is not the best way!
