Our bank account has been blocked for approximately six days because we have not received the email with the Terms & Conditions (T&C) to sign. Despite sending multiple requests, including high-priority emails, I have yet to receive any response from your team. This is crazy!

Difficult and slow process of KYC.
It has been very difficult to communicate and deal with the requests of the KYC Team. Each time their indications were so hasty, that I provided over documents (so also documents not needed) because of lack of clarity. Between my responce and their new communications also a week passed, so all the process has been painfuly slow.

I opened pro account and got email that i needed to deposit 700 euro to use my account i just moved with business to Luxemburg now yesterday my client send the 700 and after this another 3000 i owed for labor but still not i can send money or use account i am alone here and this money is for me to live next weeks i need to pay rent and eat and then i can work more and hopefully let more payments come to olky i heard good things from someone but now i am in trouble i have 3850 euro in account that i cant use im in New country Alone i really need my money i worked for it customer send me proof of payment everything i search number olky nothing found i send multiple email no reaction please olkypay help

Just like other reviews mention they purposely seem to delay everything with KYC checks while they are holding your money in their account. The moment I asked them to close my account, they stop replying to any emails, phone calls and close tickets with responses that don’t make any sense.
I have sent them a registered letter demanding the money back as it’s been over a month of unsuccessful attempts and will report them to CSSF and take a lawyer to get my money back.

I had a highly disappointing and frustrating experience with Olky Bank. I applied for a business account and was immediately issued an IBAN before the account was officially opened. Today I have 7000 Euros frozen in the account.
The account opening process dragged on for months with zero communication or updates from Olky. Their customer support is virtually non-existent, with no phone number to call and unresponsive email replies. They repeatedly asked for documents I had already submitted, creating unnecessary delays and frustration.
After months of waiting, I decided to withdraw my application and requested a refund of my funds. The next day, Olky informed me that the account had been opened despite my withdrawal. They then conveniently charged a €585 account opening fee without my consent and are now forcing me to accept the account opening before allowing me to close it and access my funds.
This practice is not only unethical but also feels like coercion. My business is suffering because I can't access the funds locked in their system. A quick search on Trustpilot reveals that I am not alone—many others have had similarly bad experiences with Olky.
I strongly caution anyone considering Olky as their banking partner. Their lack of transparency, poor customer support, and questionable practices are unacceptable.

Je pense que ce serais bien d'avoir de personnes specifiques de contact. De plus quand nous appelons le numéro support qui est sur le website nous avons pas de réponse. The system requires us to only have one person of contact on the clients end, this is difficult as we are a fiduciary and our whole team works for our clients therefore it does not serve us well to have our suppport tickets cancelled because we are not the initiator of the bank account.

Fraudulent Bank Service/Scam
I cannot recommend to anybody to use this bank. It's nearly a scamming scheme. At the very moment we started to receive larger amounts billed that is a bill of 98000 they froze the account without warning. We discovered it as the rental payment would not get through. They took 4 days to confirm the account was frozen apparently for a missing second ID which was submitted but still they have not been willing 4 days later to unfreeze the account.
Date of experience: November 15, 202
The process to open the account needed 6 months with a continuous request of documents. The compliance dipartment was not effective.

I can't login to my account online. I inform my user code and click connect, then there comes a message saying I should authorize cookies in my browser (which I already have!). I never manage to pass this point and, therefore, cannot manage my account!! the funds are there and I can't do anything.

To all the potential clients! Run away from them! They lie all the time, they promise things that won’t happen. This company is a joke! And they will try steal your money. In my case every negative review from TRUSTPILOT got confirmed. Run away!

And you know what? Today there is no rejection regarding to spam. But there is message saying „We were unable to identify the origin of your request, so your message is not supported.”

And please note that this is the last message from me, I won’t waste any more time for stupid messages with you that don’t mean nothing. I want my money back or I will take legal steps against you.

After contacting my lawyer I have some information for you.
Due to the fact that you feel for returning initial deposit (confirmed in last email from you) and you having all the information needed to make the return (double confirmed IBAN for the return) and your words from last email declaring return of money mid-week at the latest.
I demand returning the initial deposit of 701 euros to my account LT223250076107998538 as soon as possible. I demand sending me confirmation of the transfer by the end of tomorrow. If you won’t stand up to your own words I will file charges through Polish court and also file suspicion of fraud at local police station attaching all the conversations made with Olky support via email.
I won’t tolerate any extension in time or form anymore.
To say that in simple words I am sick and tired of your lack of action supporting your words, long waiting for responses and feeling like I’m being scammed. I won’t let you do that any longer.
