You ordered, and cancelled, all that was deducted was £1.50, card processing fee, not postage, all this was communicated to you, and is readily available in our terms and conditions .

Great product
Alhumdulillah the products are great and the service was quick too.
The kids were very happy to receive it
My only issue is that the products were not packed properly when I received it
Don’t know if it’s the customs problem
Also the courier service asked too many times to do KYC
That was very irritating
One more thing
I was told that there will be gift with the product but I didn’t find any.

We do over pack international parcels, and pay the extra fees,and not charge extra.
Unfortunately we have no control over Customs Dept in your country,they will have inspected parcels.

The dolls are very cheaply made and poor quality . Bought them for my Autistic son . The dolls are not working , how ever is not allowing me to send them back. Very disappointed as they were a Eid Gift for him and they weren't cheap

Omar & Hannah toys puzzles, books, clothing
I have received my order just in time for Eid celebrations and I am happy with all of my purchases. The Omar and Hanna singing dolls are amazing. My grandchildren will be extremely happy and have hours of fun with them.
The puzzle and activity books are also ideal for hours of fun. The Omar and hanna outfit looks great and I can’t wait to see it worn on my granddaughter with excitement.
This is my second time ordering and it has been an easy and step by step process of being informed throughout the ordering and delivery stages.

Terrible Customer Service: Failed to Deliver My Daughter's Birthday Gifts
I regret to inform you that my experience with your company has been incredibly disappointing. Despite ordering an Omar & Hana 10’’ Soft Plush Doll of Omar and a Jigsaw for my daughter's 2nd birthday, and paying for delivery, I have not received these items nor received a refund, despite numerous attempts to contact your company.
When I expressed my concerns about the impact of this on my daughter's birthday, I was met with an unhelpful and accusatory response from your company. It is unacceptable for a company to disregard their customers' concerns and fail to deliver on their promises, particularly when it comes to special occasions like birthdays.
After many months of emails back and forth, the company offered me a small credit towards another purchase, which I found to be insufficient given the amount of time and money I had already invested in this order. The fact that your company would not respond to any further emails after this is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
I am deeply disappointed and upset by the way your company has treated me, particularly given the emotional impact this has had on my young child. I had hoped to provide a positive review of your products and service, but unfortunately, I cannot in good conscience do so. I will not be ordering from your company again and will be sharing my negative experience with others to prevent them from having a similar experience.

You have left a negative review,with mention of the quality of our products, and opened a Item Not Received Chargeback, to get a full refund from your card issuer, without return of products.
Not only do we have proof of delivery, including courier GPS, photographs of location by courier and several emails from you, and your review which will inshallah get that reversed, unfortunately you have cost us a fee to appeal and our time .
Please remember someone always has to pay for the goods or services, courier drivers also have families .

Received a faulty doll so asked for it to be returned and refunded. I had to send the doll back at my own expense when I should get a free return since it was faulty. Doll was sent back over 18 days ago, had no refund, no response to my emails and when you call they tell you that the company is based in Malaysia but returns address is in Glasgow 🤷🏼♂️ anyway no refund and still waiting…. Best to avoid this company, poor customer service and product.

All refunds are subject to your payment methods timescales, we have no control over this.
We can only action a refund with our card processor, some international cards or payment methods, take longer .
We do try to communicate this to customers, but that does require the customer to listen and have some patience, or direct their multiple emails towards the card issuer .
Please do remember negative reviews do lasting damage and unfairly affect the reputation of a hard working employee focused company, unlike the minor inconvenience of a delayed refund .
