Quick and good quality

Doll bundle has arrived, excellent quality and great price daughter will love these for Eid present.

I ordered the Hana doll as an Eid gift (due to arrive early June) for my niece. The doll came LATE despite the estimated delivery time. Not only that, but they sent me Omar instead of Hana. When they went to resolve the issue, they insisted I sent Omar back first and claimed they sent the Hana doll. I had to go out of my way to resolve an issue they had made. Although they apologised, the customer service was so poor. The correct Hana doll arrived a MONTH later. They didn’t bother to send the doll with normal delivery let alone fast delivery even though it was a gift. Will never be buying from the website again. I have ordered these dolls from other websites and have never had any issues.

Avoid if your are outside the UK. I have been charged for extra shipping or taxes while I have already payed for an extraordinary amount of fee : 18£ for initial delevery + 13€ to pay at my door in exchange for the package. This cost higher than the doll itself and I was not informed by the seller nor the shipping company.
Customer service did not provide any service.
My daughter loves the doll and it has been delivered before Eid so I guess there is that...

Please note as is standard for international orders , the buyer is responsible for local customs and duties.
We deliver worldwide to over 200 countries,it would not be reasonable to expect omarandhana.com, to pay every different tax and customs rates .
Our terms and conditions clearly state this in the user agreement.
We discount the price of the doll, courier/freight charge , and offer free gifts with the dolls, the price charged is fair .

I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order with Omar and Hana & after reading these reviews I know I will get a response, that is as rude as their responses to my emails & WhatsApp; and may also not receive my refund. Calling them thieves, scamsters or frauds would not be less of the truth & yes I am satisfied with giving a 1 star review before you comment. I placed my order on the 6th of March 2025 and after not hearing from them, I emailed for the first time on the 15th of March 2025 to enquire about my order & provided my order & receipt number & explained, that even though I selected standard delivery, it has been well over 3-5 working days & I still haven’t received my order. Ayhub replied to me once and after that there was no response. I emailed again on the 16th, 17th and 18th but no response. And I mentioned in the emails that I needed these gifts for Eid & asked for a refund but no refund. I then called the number on their website & Instagram page & no one answered & then messaged them on Instagram & Whatsapp where I was asked to email the email address I had already been emailing - after which all I got were responses with a lot of attitude & little information. All they have said over email is my order has been cancelled & have not provided any information about when I can expect my refund or whether it will be refunded to the bank account I paid from. Because I have been having to follow up on WhatsApp after my emails, again & again, to ask for a response to my emails (because they don’t respond to you on WhatsApp or Instagram about your orders due to GDPR - but they don’t respond to email as well!!!). They have been rude on WhatsApp as well alongside email. I have screenshots of all my emails & messages to them & although I have provided information of everything & have been orderly with them, they have been my worst experience to date! Do avoid using them & the irony is they sell Islamic products but don’t behave very islamically with you & speak rudely & do fraud with you as well! Even white owned business behave better than them!

I made an order beginning of March , I received the product in a timely fashion. I didn’t like the product and decided to return it within the week. I have since returned the product and have yet to receive my refund. Which I am still waiting for 4 months later… I email them and the response I get is the same automated response everytime. I’m starting to feel like I have been robbed of $150. I hope they can fix this make things right and I can change my review.

I received the package very quickly. And it is helping me greatly with my Salah.

My order did not come it was missing I have emailed them still not heard back do not order from this website. Please see images guys I paid for three products and only recieved two and look at their response saying they sent the pyjamas when they did not PLEASE DO NOT ORDER.

I have not got my stuff till Now.

I purchased both of the dolls for my 3 month old grandson - it's his favorite show so far. Thank you so much for making him very happy! It was packaged very well and the delivery was perfect and on time for the holidays. Beautiful dolls and I'm very satisfied over all.

Item arrived within a few days of order which was great!

Great product, clear sound, good quality, the only thing I would recommend is the products hould have a volume control button. When playing it for bedtime it's too loud and a lower tone would suit that time better. Also when the children play it continously it is quite loud.

Other than that my girls love it! And a great product

Did not receive the correct items, I contacted customer service and provided proof of what I had delivered. They took weeks to reply, constantly asked the same questions, and had no resolution. I am still waiting for a response and I placed my order 2 months ago and still do not have the correct items I ordered. I tried to make a complaint and was getting brushed off. It was the first time I ordered from here and will definitely be the last. I would not recommend.

The Omar and Hana I bought from Facebook was authentic. Your company’s Omar and Hana are not the authentic ones.

Item is rubbish, doesn’t work and customer service dont get back to you. Avoid

one of worst experiences I ever had, ordered the Omar and Hana dolls, pressing on the buttons make the doll start singing then it suddenly stops, came without batteries so I had to buy them, also ordered some clothes which didn’t come with the package, asked to send them again but they decided to refund me without asking, going to open a dispute in paypal about it

Charging for postage when i cancelled the order. A joke

Would have been great if was electronic book that sings.
