Very good from start to finish.

whole experience was enjoyable and we have an amazing kitchen!

It was a fantastic experience from start to finish, from a visit to the showroom, great planning and design, build and installation. At all times we were so well looked after and now have a beautiful painted kitchen that was fitted and finished so well. I cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding service we received from Omega and everybody who was involved in the process.

I have recently just had my kitchen delivered from omega kitchens a sovereign none painted limestone and graphite and i cannot be more happier the quality is outstanding the delivery was amazing and also the fitting i really could not be more impressed all round, i would highly recommend a sheraton kitchen to anyone, ive since ordered more units as i was that impressed with the experience

From arriving at reception , through the personal guided tour of the showroom , to leaving with a myriad of samples , the only thing you can say about Omega is impressive . The people were lovely , our ‘ guide’ in particular ,was knowledgeable, helpful and patient as we viewed a seemingly endless showroom with every conceivable style and colour of kitchen . Since our visit we have had Myers out to design and quote .

Fantastic experience from start to finish...

Had an English Rose, Omega kitchen fitted in March 2022. In less than a year cracks and peeling appeared on doors, these were replaced. The kitchen has painted MDF doors. Now in less than 6 months further peeling and cracks are appearing on some of the doors and particularly that of the integrated dishwasher door which was replaced.
I question the suitability of the type of door for kitchens from my experience. Kitchens are not just to be admired they are meant to be functional and should be durable. I have received excellent service from the supplier. The quality of the product is very disappointing, Painted kitchen doors should last longer than 18 months and should resist scratching and steam.

After installation in December 2020 we have had numerous problems with our painted doors. We have since had all of the doors replaced. Some of which were warped, some chipped and some water damaged. Since initial replacement we are now on our third dishwasher door and again it has not withstood the moisture from the dishwasher and the paint is coming away. We even bought a new dishwasher thinking that it might rectify the problem. Another door, the one below the sink initially looked cracked on the door rim and has now swollen from water damage. The door on the recycling cupboard has the same initial problem of erosion. Another problem is that the paint is porous.A wooden chopping board placed against the side of a cupboard has caused the white finish to discolour. I thought we were were buying a good quality kitchen but I can’t believe how unlucky we have been. Oh and all that’s apart from the paint on the grey section of the kitchen which constantly chips. I’m not sure why a dark finish would be placed over a white undercoat! Our local kitchen fitters have been amazing but I want a more permanent solution.

No fuss no shortages arrived on time on quality and looked exactly as it did in the showroom.
You hear horror stories of shortages miss-picks and bad quality product but this is definitely not that, very happy & impressed!

From design to installation everything was handled perfectly and we now love our new kitchen

Love my new kitchen and can’t believe how good the quality of it is , it is way better than any other manufacturer. Excellent service by all the members of staff and I would also highly recommend visiting their showroom as it has got every choice possible and really helped me make my final decision.

Couldn’t recommend getting an omega kitchen enough, we ordered the Nouveau kitchen range in ivory which we have had over 10 years. I must say even though so much time has passed it still looks as good new !

We have now recently been back to the Omega showroom in Thorne for additional items and I must say it was a fabulous experience being back after so long.

It was a great experience purchasing our kitchen from Omega, excellent showroom facilities, knowledgeable staff and excellent customer service. Our Sheraton kitchen is good quality and looks amazing.

Helpful, informative staff members with lots of open communication. Full of great design ideas with an eye on the customer’s needs and way of living. Nothing was too much trouble.

Remarkable from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Responded quickly at every point in the process. Every change that we made was quickly processed from amending drawings through to amending cost so you were always in aware of costs Great quality units that arrived on the day they said they would.

WOW!!! Arranged to meet with James our brilliant kitchen designer from Amco Retford. The Omega PLC showroom is absolutely stunning, so many choices to choose from. This really helped us with our kitchen design.

The biggest thank you to Deana and Charlotte, they are such an asset to the company. Very professional and so friendly and helpful.

Giorgia was an excellent guile showing us around the showroom. She was very informative and also gave us space and time to discuss what my wife and myself seen.
