On Cloud Walk is a BIG FAT ZERO!! This company is a huge ripoff artist! I’m out $38 for sandals that look nothing like the photo that was shown. Just a piece of junk that’s made in some Chinese factory probable using child labor!! Just horrible.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I can't say it enough. I hope I've learned my lesson. Did I look for reviews outside their website prior to ordering these worthless sandals? Nope. Should I have? Yep. Do I feel like an idiot for believing I would actually be getting cute, comfortable, great-fitting shoes? Yep.

I wish I read these reviews BEFORE…

I wish I read these reviews BEFORE ordering... but it is water under the bridge at this point. This is a true "buyer beware" scenario. If you try to return the items they will throw their return policy at you and the "rules" will always be in their favor... 5 days for me; 9 days for another writer. Basically the policy is "NO RETURNS EVER". My advice: stick to reputable, well known companies... like Clark's, Aerosoles, Sketcher's, etc.

Never again!!!

All the comments apply to my experience with this company. The photo they send you to measure your foot for correct size is funny and gross at the same time! The most unprofessional return (not) process ever! I was in a hurry to get shoes to wear on vacation...what a mistake since these were coming from CHINA! Which I had no clue was happening and they didn’t arrive until after the vacation, plus they arrived wrapped up like fish!

Deceitful & awful quality

Worst company to deal with. The shoes are NOT orthopedic shoes as claimed. And the shoes are of terrible quality. They will not accept returns if the shoes do not fit you either. In addition, their website is deceitful and you at first do not realize you are ordering from a different country.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Got one after 6 weeks, was not a true US size...so didnt fit, too small Never got second pair. One of the worst experiences I've ever had buying something online

I bought the shoes according to the color style and size that was correct for me. When I got the shoes they did not fit me they were about a quarter of an inch too big in the back. When I contacted customer service they told me to take a picture of the label take a picture of the damage to the shoe so that they can best decide how to help me (what....) She also told me that I had to respond within 24 hours or they wouldn't be able to help me. I've been working 14 days without a day off, one day off and then started all over again. One day off and another 14-day stent. I was not able to just comply with this customer service demand. I also wasn't sure how to attach the pictures to the email for me to send it to her. But the pictures were not even relevant to my complaint the shoes did not fit and I just wanted to return label. I finally got somebody to help me and I describe my problem and sent it, the next morning I get an email that tells me sorry we were giving these shoes at a 45% discount, and because of that we're not going to be able to refund your money. The only thing I could think of to tell you is to give it to a friend or donate it to charity. This lady told me to donate it to charity and tough they weren't going to return my money wow. Outrageous. Thank God I was able to find the exact website that I bought these shoes through and I was able to figure out what credit card I had put it on. I called my credit card company and bitched like a mother. They'll take care of me because this company sure as hell won't. Thank God I paid for it with a credit card or else I would have had it stuck up my you know whatter. Do not buy from this company they are a rip off. I'm going to report them to the better Business bureau I'm also going to report them to the Federal trade commission and I'm going to write a bad review on the their website to warn other people of the horrible way that they do business. That was awful. The shoes are also look like something that you could buy in a five and dime store. These were supposedly orthopedic sandals, yet I could bend them in half like they were a flip flop. The nerve of them to advertise themselves the way that they did. and ever since I bought them and I'm looking for the internet I see countless bad reviews I'm just going to let it go with that don't buy from them you'll regret it.

This company is NOT affiliated with On Cloud running shoes. I don’t know how they can use the same logo etc. The shoes ship from China and are complete crap, The photos on the website are nothing like the actual product that you receive. The soles are like hard plastic and can’t even be worn as a shoe without causing pain and discomfort.

Do not buy from this company!!!

Do not buy from this company, I think the reviews on their page are not real reviews. I bought 3 pairs of shoes & only received 2. One pair smells so toxic that I put them back in the cheap bag that it was sent in right away. They are poorly made there’s no way they are orthotic shoes. If i wanted a cheap pair I would have gone to the dollar store & saved myself a lot of money. The shoes take forever to get to you, this company is very deceitful 😡

I ordered the blue tassel sandals

I ordered the blue tassel sandals, they are not leather!! Nor, orthopedic! Idk what the top is the bottom is flat rubber. I won't describe the second pair. I would not even give 1 star. I ordered shoes and the took about a month to arrive. I would never ordered again. The shoes are poorly made with cheap material and had a dent in the front on were the toes go. I made the worst decision on these ugly terrible shoes. They are gross. Worst company ever you guys take people's money. There is nothing special about the shoe on the contrary scam..yellow inner material wow! Do not waste your money! Terrible material and not worth it! Not even a dollar! I took off the inner sole thin as paper and can see strings of thread notted to keep together! Wish I could show a picture!

SCAM COMPANY

I ordered three pairs of shoes from this company On Cloud Walk, all stating that they were orthopedic shoes. Each pair were around 40.00 each and the pictures of the shoes looked nice. I was anxious to get them. The 1st two pair took 3 weeks to arrive and they wrapped tight plastic, no box, just in a bag. Both pair were too big and looked cheap and very uncomfortable, no arch support at all! I got email stating the 3rd pair to arrive by July 7hth. I hoped that pair would fit and be better, if not I could return them all together. The 3rd pair arrived 6/30/21 and were too tight. I contacted them by email (only way possible, as no phone number available) I was told NO refund as I was out of their 10 day return window. I emailed again with proof of delivery of 3rd pair on 6/30/21 well within their 10 day window. Their return email stated that i need to contac them thin 5 days.
I wish I had read other's reviews before ordering!

If I had a choice to give them negative…

If I had a choice to give them negative rating, I would. FRAUD company. I want to sue them for destroying my heels. Worst part is that Synchrony bank (credit card company) is supporting them. We tried to dispute the charges as the shoes were CRAP and they would not take returns. But Synchrony bank supported their side of the story and did not believe us.

Their reply is also a lie. I had lots of back and forth correspondence with them. So no use getting another cooked up response from them.
